The hotel exceeded expectations. Spacious room with high ceilings, beautiful interior. The combination of wood, warm lighting and panoramic view from the windows was very well enjoyed - the room itself is cozy, quiet and comfortable, feeling the atmosphere of a premium hotel. The bed with orthopaedic mattress is large and the furniture is in a uniform style. It's nice to spend time in the room, it's all thought out to the minutiae. The quality of the textiles was particularly impressive. Snow white linen with beautiful embroidery, light bathrobes, fluffy towels. It felt like everything was completely new. The room was cleaned daily with a change of towels and all accessories. Cleaning time can be chosen. I want to thank the guest officer of Huy separately. He was always on the chat line, quickly helping with any questions, no matter what time of day. Thank her for being attentive, responsive and doing a great job. Breakfasts also left the most pleasant experience. Spacious and cozy restaurant, a large selection of dishes: fresh vegetables, cheeses, pastries, local cuisine, egg dishes, yogurt and more. Drinks for all tastes. The staff works very professionally: friendly, delicate, dirty dishes are cleaned discreetly and tables are prepared for new guests in just seconds. The hotel grounds are well maintained and very beautiful: lots of greenery, everything is available for a peaceful rest. The gym is spacious, modern and well equipped. The pool also deserves special praise. Always clean, sunbeds and towels are enough at any time of the day, everything is in perfect condition. Special thanks to the staff member who is constantly at the pool: closely monitors the safety of holidaymakers. This treatment of guests is highly respected. In general, this is the hotel you want to go back to again. There is indeed a high level of service, attention to detail and a genuine desire to make guests' holidays as comfortable as possible.

This is a great hotel with excellent quality food, great pool and in a clean safe neighborhood. It is well located if you want to visit both Hoi An and Danang, which we did on numerous occasions (cost of a Grab is about $USD 15 each way). However, it does feel a little isolated and would benefit from a small shop that sold snacks and toiletries. The standouts at this hotel for me were 1. the fantastic breakfast (high quality and the broadest range I have ever seen encompassing Eastern and Western cuisines) 2. the great services (food, drinks and supervision), and 3. staff who were all excellent, but special thanks to Felix who booked a number of tours and restaurants for us - nothing was too much trouble. We had a considerable amount of laundry done at the hotel which was quite cheap, and everything came back clean, fresh and ironed - it was worth the money. We were a couple travelling alone, but what impressed me most about this hotel was their accommodation and welcome of small children. This would be an amazing hotel for an inter generational family holiday. Can hardly wait to have grand children so we can bring them back! The special food station and pool area made this place fun and special for toddlers. Staff provided excellent and patient service to families with grace and good humour, which made it pleasant for everyone. There are areas that are adults only but we thoroughly enjoyed watching the kids have fun. The spa is very professional and provide great services - make sure you book ahead as it is very popular, because it is so good. If you stay at this hotel make sure you pass by the dessert area at breakfast (magnificent) and the amazing mango smoothies at the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I have stayed here quite often but the most disturbing that the hotel can fix (but they did not) is the noise coming from the LCD in the lift- so deafening and truely annoying. Complaints have been made many times but no change!

As frequent visitor to Da Nang city who have stayed at several Branded and Non-Branded, I found the Grand Mercure Danang to be a comfortable, spacious, and well-managed property that stands out for its responsive staff. This was my first stay at the Grand Mercure Danang, and overall it ended up being one of my better experiences compared to other properties we’ve stayed at, including Four Points and several resorts on the beach. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Parking was generally fine, and I did not have any difficulty finding a spot when returning late on Saturday night. The room itself was a major highlight, it featured a comfortable living area, a spacious bedroom with a large bathroom (though the shower was only average in size). The late-night culinary offerings are a great convenience, allow the hotel to showcase its impressive dining capabilities for guests craving a late-night bite. Staff throughout the property were consistently friendly. A special shoutout to FELIX at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, well taken care of, and able to enjoy the stay to the fullest. Overall, the Grand Mercure Danang offers excellent value for travelers who prioritize space, comfort, and a quieter location. A few age-related maintenance items kept it from being perfect, but the large rooms, responsive staff, and overall comfort make this a strong 4.5-star stay.

The Best Hotel of Our 5-Night, 6-Day Trip to Danang!! This was our second trip to Danang, and Grand Mercure Danang by Accor was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had on the island. Thanks to the incredibly kind staff and excellent service, we were able to celebrate our special occasion in a truly meaningful and memorable way. We would especially like to recognize HUY, the one who provides English-language assistance. His service and hospitality were truly exceptional. Whenever we needed help or there was anything we were unsure about, he went above and beyond to support us. His thoughtful attention and sincere care made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. We were truly touched by his kindness. Our 5-night, 6-day stay was absolutely perfect for our family. From the beautiful surroundings and comfortable room to the warm hospitality and attentive service from every member of the staff, everything made our stay special. For us, this was more than just a hotel. It became a place where we created unforgettable memories together. We sincerely appreciate and extend our deepest thanks to all the wonderful staff at Grand Mercure Danang, and especially to HUY for making our stay even more special. We had a very comfortable stay at Grand Mercure Danang overall. The property, venue, room comfort, service and general experience were excellent, and we genuinely enjoyed our time at the hotel. There were, however, a few areas where I feel the experience could be improved. The biggest issue for us was the placement and availability of mirrors and plug points in the room. There was no full-length mirror in the bedroom, while the large mirror was located in the living area near the exit hallway, which felt like a rather impractical location for getting ready. There was also no electrical socket near the bathroom mirror. This meant that if we wanted to use our own hair dryer or styling equipment while looking into a mirror, it was not really possible. The accessible plug point in the room was located below the television, which was far too far from the bathroom mirror to be useful. A full-length mirror in the bedroom and a conveniently placed socket near a dressing mirror would make a significant difference. We also felt that the late-night food options could be improved. The bento box option available during late hours was quite limited and, personally, the choices were not particularly appealing. The à la carte midnight snack selection was also very small. For a hotel of this standard, it would be nice to have a slightly wider and better-curated late-night menu. Similarly, while having access to the Privilege Lounge is a good benefit, the food and beverage offering felt quite basic and restricted. There was limited variety, and many of the items felt repetitive. A little more variety in both the food and drinks would make the lounge experience feel far more aligned with the overall quality of the property. These points aside, our stay itself was excellent. The hotel is very comfortable and we had a genuinely enjoyable experience. I am sharing this feedback because a few relatively small changes, particularly around room functionality and the food and beverage offerings, could make an already very good stay considerably better.

This hotel is awesome. Great staff, the rooms are well equipped. The Lounge is beautiful and the pool is cold. Staff go above to assist you. Th food is fresh and beautifully presented. This was not our first stay here and will not be our last. Have been staying at this hotel since 2015.

I stayed here in Sept 2026 as a solo traveller and had an amazing time. The location is superb, the views across the windows to the river is a delight and the staff are attentive and friendly without being over the top. I had a Deluxe river view room and can highly recommend it. The river is lit in the evening so you can literally sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, during the day the view is also simply relaxing and who doesn't like to see the river. The hotel is right in the heart of Danang and complimentary shuttle service is provided so that you can quickly and easily get from the hotel to anywhere in the city. As a solo traveller you can feel uncomfortable at some hotels but this certainly wasn't the case here. I loved the good mornings from the staff as I walked from my room to breakfast, or from the staff by the pool as I dropped by in the afternoon for a swim. The staff at the poolside are attentive and on arrival towels miraculously appears - a nice touch and very welcome. I was incredibly impressed by the attitude of the staff, especially Huy with the Guest Relations and also how they communicated well to ensure a high level of service delivery. Any of my wishes throughout the stay were fulfilled quickly and easily. This is a great place to stay, I can imagine it would be amazing for a honeymoon or special birthday and if I come back to Danang I am absolutely staying here.

A truly magnificent hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Da Nang. Everything is easily accessible from here, and the view of the famous Dragon Bridge is just incredible. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are absolutely exceptional always attentive, caring, and going above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The rooms are huge, beautifully designed, and offer breathtaking views just wow 😍 The comfort, the bathroom, everything is top quality. The front desk recognized my status and ensured that my requests were promptly attended to. A special shoutout goes to Mr. Huy at the Concierge, whose level of service was truly exceptional. He was always ready to assist and answer any questions we had, demonstrating genuine care and professionalism throughout our stay. The same goes for the restaurant team and the chef who were incredibly kind and made the dining experience unforgettable. The restaurant is outstanding, with delicious food. The breakfast is also exceptional, with a wide variety of options there is truly everything you could want. On the day of our departure, Huy even took the time to personally ensure that our luggage was properly loaded and saw us off as we left for the airport. His dedication, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression on us. My sincere respect and appreciation go to the gentlemen for making our stay so memorable. I highly, highly recommend this hotel to everyone. If you’re planning a stay in Da Nang, this is definitely the place to be. Top, top, top !!!

My best friends and I had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this hotel, and we genuinely cannot stop talking about how incredible the experience was from start to finish. The location alone deserves five stars - perfectly situated in the heart of the city with easy access to public bars and restaurants, shopping, and so many of Danang’s must-see attractions. Everything felt effortlessly convenient, which made our trip even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the atmosphere of the hotel. It had this perfect balance of lively Danang energy and refined professionalism. The space felt vibrant and exciting without ever feeling chaotic or overwhelming. From the moment we walked in, Mr Huy at the Concierge desk gave off an upscale, welcoming vibe that immediately made us feel comfortable and excited for our stay. We enjoyed our 7-night stay at Grand Mercure Danang hotel, our second visit to the property. Our first stay was many years ago, but we remembered the overall experience fondly and were happy to return. We booked a King room with River view, we were not only upgraded to a standard Suite, but to the exact suite we had stayed in during our first visit. It was a high-floor suite with a partial River view, so this unexpected upgrade was particularly meaningful and very much appreciated. As you would expect from a large hotel, the lobby was quite busy when we arrived. However, as soon as the staff recognized us as Accor members, they quickly escorted us to the Lounge to complete our check-in. Service throughout our stay was friendly and helpful, and Huy, who worked in the Concierge always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We had breakfast in the Lounge each morning, and the evening happy hour was particularly generous, with a wide variety of food and drinks available. Room service was also delivered promptly, and the food was very good. We used the laundry service a few times and clothing always came back quickly and perfectly folded. Location-wise, it's a nice home base if you're planning to visit Hoi An, Grab is easily available. Overall, we really enjoyed our return to Grand Mercure Danang. The combination of the spacious grounds, beautiful setting, friendly staffs and thoughtful layout makes it a hotel that works equally well for families and couples. The unexpected upgrade to our original suite made our return even more special, and we would happily stay here again.
