We had a great experience during our brief stay. The receptionist was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to be allowed to check in at 8am, with a room already allocated for us. It was such a relief to get our heads down for a couple of hours after a 12 hour flight. The location is excellent. The facilities are fairly basic but perfectly adequate, and everything was clean and well maintained. A small tip: try to request a room away from the lifts. They’re in constant use and give off a ‘ping’ on arrival, which can be a little disruptive. When it came time to leave, the staff also arranged a taxi to the airport for us, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. Overall, a simple, clean, well-located hotel with exceptional front desk service.

We stayed three nights in this hotel. It is very conveniently located in the western part of HK island, not far from Sheung Wan Metro station. You can easily get to everywhere in HK as long as you stay near the transportation line. Going to HK International Airport, you can also get express bus service from a bus stop, one block away from the hotel. Upon entering the building, you need to take lift to the reception on 5th floor. The room is actually not bad in size and has a comfortable double bed. It also has kettle and tea/ coffee making facility, a room safe and slippers. If you need tooth brush and tooth paste, you can get them from the reception. You can also refill your water bottle from water dispenser at reception. Our rate included complementary buffet breakfast, which was not bad. It has variety of choice, from local dishes to western. If you are lucky to get a room with ocean view, the view is beautiful, but surrounding tall buildings also mean you are not able to get any unobstructed view. This is a good hotel and we will come back to it again in future.

We stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions pre-covid. It is still as good as before. Reserved with breakfast deals, and it was worth the money. Good buffet selections with daily changes. Many eateries within walking distance or a tram ride away. We loved the dry seafood and Chinese herbal shops. Spoilt for choice. The bonus found for us is the airport bus services A11. There is a bus stop located less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel underneath the highway bridge. Very convenient for future visits.
