Love the location of this hotel. So easy to get to Central and Causeway Bay. The rooms are a little on the small side but for the price we paid no complaints. The hotel has gone green so you need to bring your own toothbrushes and there is no bottled water but there's a water dispenser on the lobby floor.

I was expecting a minimum extra service to be provided (I.e welcome drink, etc.) for a Accor Plus Platinum member. To my disappointment, there were no welcome drink, no room upgrade. I got a double single bed room for my 2nd day (1 night extension). I encountered another customer at the reception whom was complaining about he was given a queen bed but he was hoping to have a double single bed room. I asked the counter staff whether I can switch the room with him. The reception replied “NO”. Because i am extending for a night only and he has the room for 2 nights. I would expect the counter staff should at least check on the booking record and may be ask the other customer whether he is willing to take the double single bed for 1 night and see if the hotel can get a replacement for him on the next day. But, the response was immediate even without checking. Besides, there is not even any mineral/drinking water provided. Total disappointment. The price I paid was much more expensive than the other Accor hotel around that area but it was too troublesome for me to shift as I have a full day appointment that day. Certainly not recommended Accor hotel if you’re the Accor Plus member.

We travelled as a family in 3 rooms. We requested harbour view rooms which were lovely to return to each afternoon before heading out for supper. We checked in early after a flight from UK and were given a room to leave our bags. We were given rooms on same floor which was very helpful, irons were delivered swiftly as was a mattress topper that I requested. The staff were very helpful both in reception and housekeeping. My son asked to change his room as couldn’t cope with green window which was sorted immediately. Perfectly situated to get to ferry piers, shueng wan MTR and lovely walk behind hotel to Hollywood road and Central. Our go to hotel when staying in Hong Kong. My only disappointment is the breakfast room which has horrible lighting, otherwise perfectly functional for our stay for our son’s wedding.

Staff were very helpful. Located in Sheung Wan close to Central. Tram is right outside and can take you to many interesting places on Hong Kong island for a low price.
