you got we located, but room cleaning need improving. I found my pillow is terribly dirty on Sept., 11. I called to the supervisor of room service dept., unfortunately she didn't say sorry and insisted it's impossible. I told her it was real dirty spot on the pillow in front of her face.

I stayed at the Park Lane hotel for 6 weeks, two of which was under quarantine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Once we were out of quarantine I really enjoyed the proximity to Victoria Park and surrounding shops.

The location is convenience, where is near to Causeway Bay MTR Station. But the decoration of the room is too old, which cause the room is being wet. Therefore, I hope the hotel should plan the refurbishment.

The room was too old and obsolete. Disappointed of the difference between how it looks on website and how it actually looked. Choice of tv programs was so limited , quality of pictures was bad. The coach of the fitness course seems lack of experience and seems not too eager to be friendly to the learners

It was tough being stuck in a room for fourteen days, but the Park Lane Hotel staff were extremely helpful with laundry, amenity restocking (water, coffee, soap, etc.), and delivery from outside vendors to our room. Plus, the view of Victoria Park was wonderful.

Staff gave different information about their services all the time and seemed half-secretly annoyed with me. For example, I got the breakfast menu X times slipped through underneath my door without any comment because I had dared to ask for minor changes. Didn’t drink coffee or tea (breastfeeding) eg so asked for chamomile or cocoa instead. Big deal... food quality differed but overall wasn’t great. First my fried eggs were burned, then the hash brown was not very appetizing, got ham instead of bacon etc. If you cannot undertake anything, food becomes more important so this annoyed me.

From our very first dining experience at SKYE earlier this year, we knew this was a special hotel. Whilst many hotels have delectable cuisines, what stood out for us was the impeccable customer service. From check-in to check-out it was seamless. Even during difficult times in this world, the Parklane hotel in HK (Causeway Bay) has one of the most responsive, approachable, and quick-to-action staffs. The facilities are great, and had more than enough self-sanitation stations available. Will consider booking a room here again when we visit HK again.

We are very satisfied with our stay at the Park Lane Hotel although we were being locked down for 14 days due to the mandatory quarantine. All our requests for daily supplies were met. We specially liked and thankful for the speedy delivery of food by the concierge. It was a pleasant stay.

I stayed at this hotel to fulfill the Hong Kong's Government 14 days Self Quarantine requirement. There were only a handful of decent hotels which I could choose for such a stay It was definitely better than my expectations as the hotel was very attentive for this stay. Even though I was not allowed to leave my room, the hotel responded to all my requests. The only draw-back was the overall hot water temperature was not hot enough.

The Stay & Dine package was really great! It upgraded us to the newly renovated room which was modern and tidy. The staff were all very nice. And I especially enjoyed the free art jamming program with fantastic sea view. Highly recommended this package!
