Hotel Manager Chloce and front desk Aram are both very helpful during our check in even thought there were some hiccups but it was well sorted. Housekeeping staff are very friendly too. Only one thing need to be improved is the guest service, I called for some chopsticks and bowl to be sent to our room coz we are having some take out food.. but it never been sent to our room as promised.. apart from this everything is absolutely great and we totally enjoy our stay.

Great stay at a good location with spacious rooms. I stayed in a family room with 2 kids and the room was spacious and clean. My parents stayed at the deluxe room and they only had good things to say about the room. We told the staff we were celebrating my dad’s belated birthday and they provided macarons in our room before our arrival All the staff we met were very friendly and always eager to help. Special mention to Sony, who I believe is in charge of receiving hotel guests at the drop off area, he always greet us with a smile and is always eager to help whenever possible. Greatly recommend

The Park Lane Hong Kong was the best hotel I stayed in for some time. It is located at the end of Causeway Bay next to Victoria Park, and I was able to get some walks in the middle of busy Hong Kong. The place exudes elegance without pretension. The room itself was the older style but in near mint condition. I had a nice view overlooking some adjacent buildings and neighborhood streets. As for the personnel, each person from the front desk to the room attendants were courteous and helpful to my needs. I would stay in the Park Lane Hong Kong without hesitation on another trip to the city.

Well maintained hotel in very good location. Smells good, clean, but the amenities in the rooms need a little upgrading. These are: plugs for charging, mirror (full body mirror and/or make up mirror). Plus body lotion should be available in room. The food variation in the lounge should also be more diverse.
