To whom it may concern, Hello. Thank you for sending us an email requesting a survey. As it turns out, I didn't stay here this time. My original plan was to stay from May 2 to 4, but due to the spread of the coronavirus, my flight from Japan to Hong Kong was cancelled. So, your hotel took care of it in the form of a full refund. (Probably still in the process, I think.) Thank you very much for your response at this time. Not the wow factor I was expecting from this grade of hotel. But things may have been affected by the COVID-19 so I will allow some benefit of the doubt. Rooms old and tired, especially the bathroom.

The newly renovated Pullman room was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff were very attentive and appeared pleased to see me. Bearing in mind that to get to the Playt restaurant from the lift lobby you have to pass through several sets of swing doors it would have been nice if there were a hand sanitiser station at the restaurant entrance. On sitting down I asked for, and quickly received, some hand sanitiser wipes, so I was happy but I suggest that this should be offered automatically (as on Cathay Pacific) for the duration of the Covid-19 emergency

My wife and I had to relocate to Singapore, this meant needing somewhere to stay after we moved out of our home of 6years. So, the Pullman Park Lane was a natural choice, the team at the hotel bring a sense of familiar and family values, the personal touches such as remembering how we like to enjoy a cup of tea, or a specific dietary need that isn't too much trouble. The great skill the team has is delivering all of this without being intrusive, meaning we focused on saying "au revoir" and are taking fantastic memories to Singapore. But equally we know where our new home is each time we return to Hong Kong.

This is one of the best hotel experience I ever have. All the staff here are very helpful. From the duty manger, the front office, the concierge, the door man and even the cleaning lady. I am impress with everything and I am very glad to make the decision for staying here.

Due to the recent outbreak of Covid-19, we were unsure as to where to stand with our reservations. When Singapore Airlines cancelled our flights, I wrote to Park Lane HK to explain the situation. Considering our stay was pre-paid, I was hoping for an extension of our booking till year end or until the Covid-19 situation was more controlled. Better yet, if they could refund part of my pre-payment, I was willing to accept the loss. However, Park Lane HK rose above all of that, and they refunded me full, and explained customer service and satisfaction are on top of their criteria list. I am very appreciate of the magnanimous gesture, and once normality is back, I will definitely be on the next flight out to HK and stay in Park Lane. This is one of the reasons why I wanted to take my twins there on their first trip, to show them the beautiful city of HK and the efficiency and empathy that its people have. Thank you Park Lane HK and Accor Group.

It's a great hotel in a convenient Causeway Bay location. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. No complaints whatsover. We used to stay at the Excelsior Hotel because the prices were more reasonable, but now that it is gone, our go-to hotel will probably be The Park Lane Hotel.

As an accor member, I booked this hotel for celebrating my birthday during this unusual period in HK. It's a nice surprise that I received a box of macarons as a birthday gift. The hotel recommended me to try the evening buffet in the playt restaurant. This was fantastic. Overall I am very happy with my choice and I'm impressed by the services and foods that were provided by the hotel and especially during unusual period.

Very convenient location, friendly staffs. Only one thing I was disappointed with is one of the receptionist described the room she distributed to us was very quiet because it was far from the lift and the window facing to a small street. she didn't gave us the other options. Actually, we need a room for harbour view.

Problems with booking then very expensive for late checkout and keep room to extend a night

Had issues with the original booking for 1 night to use a voucher..... finally got it sorted and made booking. New renovated rooms were nice but expensive for the upgrade - i would have considered as a Platinum Accor member staying when the hotel is clearly not full that an upgrade might have been complimentary - certainly other hotel programs do this. was very expensive to extend booking to late check-out of 6pm - included things like cocktail hour and such I did not need as I was working and no option given otherwise.... ended up changing flight and checking out 3pm but no refund given. the coffee facilities in the room were poor - I dont use Nespresso machines and prefer instant coffee sachets. I have stayed at this hotel more than 20 times before as it is convenient for our HKG office location, but I will be finding an alternative in future that is much more reasonably priced and better service.

22nd fl. With room facing the harbour to watch the light show at night. 26th fl. executive reception allowing early checkin after overnight flight, much appreciated. The dining/bar facilities was so enjoyable for canapés & drinks in the evening. A peaceful adult space as children under 12 not allowed. A great variety of buffet breakfast aswell as to order specialty dishes from a menu.
