The best club lounge I've ever experienced

The hotel is about 3 minutes away from the Causeway bay station. There are many shops and supermarket nearby, so it is convenient to stay. The gym facilities were well equipped, and it was convenient to use. The breakfast menu was diverse and overall it was delicious. But most of all, the club lounge was the best in this hotel. All the staff at the club lounge were friendly and professional. The drinks, cocktails, and food were all delicious, and I felt that the staff were very friendly and attentive to the details along with the fabulous views. The staff also provided local information on restaurants near the hotel. The team members (Sandy, June, Neo, Michelle, Julia, Julius, Jack, Joey, Samson, Kitty, Florence, Ursa, Chloce) were professional in responding to guests' requests as much as possible. I was very comfortable because Julia responded in Korean. Lemon tea and apple business those are recommended by Julia were so delicious. I recognized that the staffs at the club lounge is much kinder and more considerate than the staffs in hotel. When I visited the club lounge for the second time, the staff recognized it, called my name, and prepared my favorite drink in advance. I would like to stay at this hotel again because of the staff at the club lounge.

This hotel has always been my top pick for staycations and birthday celebrations!! I didn't return for a while, and this time's birthday stay was full of surprises! It's always happy to meet familiar faces and receive a warm welcome from the membership check-in area. Ursa did a great job in the check-in process, assisting with the cake arrangement and restaurant reservation, and making my birthday celebration with friends happy and smooth in the evening. Big thanks!! The guest relations team, both Loyalty Services and the executive floor's staff, remember your preferences, from the room choice to the drink and where you want to sit, and make your stay feel like home!! The scenery from my room window and the executive floor is fantastic. Super thanks must go to Kitty and her colleagues for arranging a unique birthday gift surprise for me. Her warm welcome and positive energy cheer up your day!! I am also loyal to my birthday choice and will miss this loyalty service!! I hope the farewell to Accor's Pullman brand next year won't affect much of my existing benefits. See you next time!!

Hotel was nice to give a card and complimentary macaroon for my partner's birthday but the card indicated the wrong person (me instead of my partner). The fridge was not cold enough and the ice cream I bought melted after I put into the fridge. Checkout process was not as seamless as I had to wait very long. The Accor counter only had one lady and she had to attend to other things so was missing from the counter for quite a long time. Overall place is nice, location is good, but service level can be better.
