The design of the toilet is horrible! It is too close to the living room. The toilet door is a big problem. It has big gap between the toilet door and the toilet room. All the bad smell flow out of the toilet to the living room!!!

Dear Sir/madam, Greetings First of all would like to thank the entire team for the hospitality extended this time again, Loyalty Team : MS. Wing, MS. Cindy for every thing to bring smile on our face. Club lounge Team : Ms. Catherina and the complete team for taking care of us sorry as we don't remember everyone's names PLAYT Team: specially Mr. Eric ,Mr. Jacky as they took very good care of us being vegetarian, one thing we did not like was the Indian chef part he was not available every time but still it did not matter much as we enjoyed Chinese vegetarian food which was awesome. most of all my thanks to Ms. Phoebe Chan from the sales to make us come back we love to come again and again

Check in staff was nice but the wait was WAY too long. As part of our package, we have a bottle of wine and we had to remind the staff 3 times to deliver it to us. It also took the staff about 3 - 4 hours to bring up the bottle of wine for us! Starting from 8PM until we changed rooms at 11:30PM, our neighbours were extremely noisy, yelling, swearing, fighting and bashing things around (Not really the hotel's fault). The hotel was very nice about it and moved us to an upgraded room. The buffet was great and we also was able to have a late check out at 4PM (Contracted 3PM). All in all, the upgraded pullman room was very nice, but the normal rooms were a bit sub-standard for its price. The service could have been better as well with the wine.

- check-in was efficient - room view was impressive - staff were polite - drawing section was so much fun - the main course was quite disappointed. For the beef we ordered medium, however it turned out was almost well cooked, the flavour of the risotto did not suit my taste as well - overall very satisfied

From check-in to check out had very smooth. We enjoyed Gym, room dining with red wine and Breakfast. We are very appreciate late check out, warm room decorations for Birthday and smooth serving to room dining. Bit disappoint was view from a room window. But overall we had a grate time our Birthday. I did not actually stayed in the hotel because of some time conflict. But I am doing this survey to express how much I appreciate the help from the booking team. I booked the staycation package through Klook and encountered some problem. Klook was not responding and not assisting us. Mavis from the booking team helped a lot dealing with them and me. I invited my friends to use the dinner buffet and their experiences were great. I did check in and have a check to the room which is spacious and neat. I will recommend Park Lane Hotel to my friends and family. And again, thank you so much to the booking team. My honor to work with you guys.

The hospitality is always impressive at Pullman Parklane. Thank you for the Victoria Garden view room. The view is stunning during daytime. The was a minor issue with the bathtub. A housekeeper and a technician fixed the problem promptly. Also, I would like to thank Wing, Roger and Cindy for the small personal touch, and Mr Bollen for the welcoming card.

While the border is still closed, I spent my last weekend here. As usual, I chose my favourite Premium Deluxe Room package as I enjoy very much the HKD1,000 dining credit as well as the executive lounge. I wrote a review earlier this year (or later last year, can't remember exactly) showing my disappointment regarding the closure of the lounge, and now it's open again, which explains why I'm back. One thing to mention is, the lounge staff is wonderful, namely Roger, June and Carol if I remember their names correctly. Also, as a smoker, I come down to the front door often and the doorman Sony impresses me a lot, with his funniness, passion and politeness. So, in general, I do recommend Pullman if you wish to have a nice stay.

My last stay was 3 months ago, which’s for my husband’s birthday. I’m back again for my birthday... you’re the Birthday Hotel of this year....XD We are impressed for the renovated room with updated technologies, built-in button of Bluetooth for my own music devices. Airplay on TV is a NEW NORMAL! Dining at Skye to enjoy a great meal and view. Staffs at the Edd+ were helpful. BTW Playt served decent Earl Grey tea rather than Ebb+ or Skye. Last but not least, the loyalty service offer Cindy is my favorite lady, she is extremely friendly and understanding. Front office Annie and the team also helped a lot. ;)

All staff are very good and helpful. The room is quite big but the view is not good. I am very surprise that the television have airplay (iphone can share screen to TV) but it have some defective pixel.
