Fabulous location and lovely hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. It is compact and bijou but within walking distance of the Cavern, Bars and Restaurants and The Albert Docks. We were going to see P!nk so decided to extend and we both left loving Liverpool. Floors are all Beatle themed and it was a cool hotel. They have done a deal with the nearest NCP Carpark - Moorfields and worth parking there as reduced our bill by >50%. Its also near to the hotel. Take an open air bus tour to get your bearings and then enjoy and revisit the areas you like. Albert Docks is really busy and a real tourist hub so if you want to eat I would book before you go but there are plenty of other great eateries around. Only one slight issue and that was the smell of drains from our bathroom - we did report it and should have done earlier so hopefully the hotel get that sorted. We would definitely go back and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well situated in the centre of Liverpool. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. Just one recommendation as this was a premium room it would be nice to have had fresh bottled water every day.
