A nice, quiet, private hotel in Acireale. Room was clean and comfortable, with a personal parking space. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of items. Wonderful customer service and attention to detail. Having a car or hiring a taxi is highly recommended, as the train station is a 25-minute walk.

the facility especially the restaurant does not deserve 4 star. Limited breakfast menu, plastic chairs and tables and aging rooms need renovation.

Regarding the breakfast, we are particularly sorry that it did not reflect the variety and freshness we aim to offer every day. While we are required to keep a selection of packaged items for hygiene and safety standards, the majority of our products are freshly prepared each morning. This includes freshly baked bread, croissants, homemade cakes, and a rotating selection of seasonal items. We are also reviewing the fruit selection and hot options, as your suggestions are very valuable to us. We also take note of your comments regarding the restaurant setup and the room condition. Renovation plans are already under evaluation to further improve comfort and the overall guest experience. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. 4 stay i believe, I have seen an improvement from 2019. Which was my last stay. One comment for breakfast your coffee cups are to small and need to be replaced to take the coffee machine measure,.also.you need proper tea cups.Toast machine is always switched off for some reason. Repeat customers should be given a free upgrade going forward. Cu in February

We had an easy check in. Rooms were good, spacious and clean. It is a bonus that you can park your car next to your room to handle luggage. There are no stairs and steps and the grounds around the hotel are a plus. The breakfast was varied and very good. Adjacent to the hotel there is a restaurant which is also good value for money and serves good food.
