Hotel stay was standard. Across way to a small shopping center. Location did not fit, needed to use Uber/driver when taking a tour or doing anything.

Breakfast: very poor variety of dishes, coffee maker was broken all the time, every time we needed to ask about clean plates or add some food which was finished and was not added on time. Room service: complementary water was not supplied at all, room was cleaned not properly Room: old, dirty and needed to be renovated

Very disappointed. Air-conditioning not functioning properly.. inside it was extremely hot. Some people were seen in the middle of the night outside the hotel to cool themselves. Breakfast.. boiled eggs were served cold from the refrigerator.

Ac was disaster during a heat wave i pretend a good quality of accommodation.friend of our group was sent in another room wich is far for 100 meters away from the group this is a bad situation and not acceptable.and during the dinner we was set on a table with the sun front of us.

Dear Sir, We are very sorry, unfortunately due to an electrical fault at night the air conditioning chiller went off. I n the morning we immediately took care of it. The air conditioning in our hotel works perfectly. Your review has the sense of spite that adds nothing to the readers. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I could say The Hotel and all the rooms are nice but you must arrange the Aircondition no fresh air !! If you want positive feedback work on this issue before you will loose so much Tourists.... Me definately i wont be your guest anymore im so dissapointed with the Aircondition issue !!! I went to many any hotels but ive never found this issue . Thanks .

Dear guest, First of all, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback on your experience at our hotel. I am sorry to read that your dissatisfaction refers to the air conditioning system. I can assure you that the air conditioning system works. During the days you were guests in our hotel, the rooms had a temperature of 24 degrees, when outside it was 40 degrees during the hottest hours. Each room has the possibility of lowering and/or increasing the temperature +3 degrees or -3 degrees. Your request was to have a temperature of 16 degrees or even less. In addition to your group, the hotel was occupied by many other guests who did not complain about this problem, so probably the temperature was fine. The front desk staff and the maintenance staff did everything they could to respond to your problems, checking daily that the system was ok, but there was nothing wrong. It was probably a question of different habits and standards regarding the use of air conditioning. We are sorry but we hope to welcome you again in our hotel in the future.
