The level of comfort and service is really high, I liked everything. My room and public places were clean and convenient, the hotel staff very professional and polite, the breakfast was good. The only small disadvantage is the quality of the tap water, which I assume is desalinated seawater. This can be felt when washing a face and brushing teeth. I understand this is beyond hotel's control, as the water is suppled by the city, but I would propose that the hotel could provide more bottled water for the guests in this situation.

I stayed here during the first week of september and I'd like to say that I really had a wonderful stay. The front office staff were friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile, and also all of the breakfast/ restaurant staff. I also want to commend the lady in the breakfast area with black eyeglasses — she was consistently cheerful and always smiling. Overall, all of the staff made me feel very welcome and well cared for. Can't wait to have you all here in Milan!! :)
