My room was modern, comfortable and clean. I really liked the small swimming pool on the roof. I liked the location but others might find it too far from centre. Disliked be charged €2.50 for a small bottle of water which looked like it was complimentary. Don't think I was given the right number of points but that is probably an Accor issue.

I was in room 215, which was facing the main road so I did not get a good night sleep due to traffic noise. I stayed here as part of a group tour and it was my least favourite hotel. I did enjoy the breakfast but the evening meal was mediocre. The only good point was it included wine and water. Wifi was okay and staff polite and professional but not especially friendly. Quite a distance to Ortygia but walkable for anybody fairly fit and healthy.
