Great location as not far from the Esplanade. At the same time, it is at an intersection which is quite noisy of a night. Room was good although the beds are really uncomfortable and on the days we requested a room refresh, very minimal was done and definitely no vacuuming of the room. All in all, an adequate stay.

Our days started with a beautiful breakfast, thank you. Mercure is very well located and we were able to walk to many attractions. Our room was very spacious and worked well. The staff were very obliging and always greeted us with a smile.

This hotel was not your usual Mercure standard. There were no face cloths or amenities and, our beds were not made. The difference with airbnb and hotel to us means in a hotel, your room gets serviced - this didn't happen. The idea that only one coffee capsule per person was provided was really unacceptable for a more than one day stay. The cost of any additional capsules was also ludicrous - we found it cheaper to buy our own once we used the one which was allocated. The restaurant and pool bar were closed most of the time. Certainly not worth the money we paid per night. Only one positive here - it's location to centre of town.

Had a relaxing vacay with my family. Family room is best had TV in both rooms comfortable bed , great staff only bathroom was small.
