I remember seeing this hotel being built and at the time my thoughts were, ‘another over priced dump appearing.’ I couldn’t have been more wrong! The hotel is conveniently positioned right outside the airport entrance. The rooms are quite luxurious. The best sleep I have had for a very long time. Pillows and mattress were bliss. The rooms are large, we were allowed to wheel our luggage up in the airport trolley. The soundproofing must be extremely sophisticated as we heard nothing of air or road traffic. There was a baby in the room next door and had we not seen the young family we would never have known. We chose the buffet for dinner. Great selection, very tasty and surprisingly reasonably priced. Lovely friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed here for one night in March 2023. The hotel is located right beside the international terminal - just a few steps away. Walk out the front door and there it is! Despite the hotel's proximity to the airport, I heard no noise. The room was very large with an extremely comfortable bed. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby. This would be a very good option if arriving late or if having to take an early-morning flight.

We booked this pre flight hotel with few expectations other than it was well located for hire car drop off and access to the airport the following morning for our 10am flight. In contrast we were well impressed . Check in was easy and friendly, and the room was perfect for a comfortable and quiet nights sleep. Everything felt fresh and fairly new and was spotlessly clean. We booked a table in the evening for dinner where we enjoyed the $42 PP buffet. We thought this was our best value meal of our entire holiday, lots of choice, tasty and well presented. The buzz, happy vibe and ambience of the restaurant added to the experience too, we got chatting to people either side of us who were dining on their own, sharing our holiday and travel news. We did notice a queue of people waiting for a table when we left so we'd recommend booking in advance, especially if you plan to arrive later in the day. The hotel is literally just across the road from the international terminal - less than a minutes walk - perfect! I do agree with another reviewer that the room rate is on the high side (breakfast is not included as standard) but for the quality and convenience we felt it was money well spent.

hate to write a negative review, but I was very disappointed in my recent stay. Firstly, I had emailed in advance to ensure my Accor Platinum number was on my booking (last time I stayed it wasn’t, though showing in my app). I was assured this was added, but on check in found it was not. This meant I needed to on check out go back and have it added (even though again they said it was added). Also it meant I was charged for breakfast, something I did not realise until I was checking my invoice I got by email. The room was only serviced once and all they did was change the towels. I had dinner in the restaurant and received an empty pot of sauce on my meal, something the wait staff failed to notice. Its such a shame, as the hotel has a great location and my company uses it for many meetings. I will however need to reconsider future trips and booking meetings here (though service in the meeting room was excellent). Certainly did not feel a valued guest this stay.
