Small reception lobby and lounge area. Gets too crowded during breakfast hours.

Every thing good.

Me and my Wife enjoyed staying here, The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, staying in this hotel for more than 3 months get to know more with the staff, like the house keeping Miss Linda who knows well our needs in the room like tissue and the bin, the replacement if Linda is not on duty Miss Windy and The Supervisor Miss Mega who came directly assist me when I found little bit dusty under the bed and call the receptionist regarding this matter and she. quickly came and check and ask the staff to vacum. The front office ladies who always greetings with smile and whom I always trouble them asking for Ice cube, Miss Ain, Miss Raine, Miss Esh and Mr Damien who help so many times regarding my all accor Membership like points claim, benefits and my hotel booking for my friend. for the breakfast is not that good, the noodles sometimes no taste and dry, the pork bacon over cook and black but they still serve it, Mr Jansen who notice our membership and inform that I am eligible to have free breakfast and the friendly Miss Jolin who cleans our table during breakfast and also the maintenance uncle Mr Teo and Mr Kenpor who help to repair the lock door and the ac filter in the room. Thank you for the wonderful staff for making the guest feel welcome and Best success for Ibis Singapore Novena.

We were well attended to. Our room did not have bedside tables which was a bit difficult as we had to use the floor to keep our stuff.

Overall all the stay is satisfactory. However do not like the idea that toiletries were provided and required to obtain from the reception.
