Great location for trains to Paris , london , amsterdam.15mn walk to center.Underground and tram , bus, very convenient. Fantastic breakfast , lots if choices, hot and cold. The rainfall shower is great , nice pressure. Separate toilet is a plus. However the mattress was so hard , I had a painful body ache when I woke up.

We stayed in a deluxe suite with a city view, on a high floor. The suite was filled with luxurious amenities; boasted a lovely amount of space, in multiple rooms, for both of us; and afforded a gorgeous view over Brussels. Although our train was an hour late, our room was not ready when we arrived. However, the staff were incredibly welcoming and provided us complimentary drinks while we waited. The only other item for improvement involved a lack of functioning of our room keys. One of them never worked, and the other only worked on our second day after we visited the desk to have it re-coded. Overall, I would recommend this hotel highly. And, I would stay there again if I visit Brussels again in the future.
