After a lengthy international flight, it was very relaxing to have a great night's sleep at a well appointed and very friendly hotel. Dinner and breakfast in the Catalina Restaurant were superb.

Bloody. Awful was supposed to be the start of our first ever holiday .good thing it can only get better . Terrible

No one tells you about the 25 dollar parking fee when you book on arrival no tells how to operate the lift or what to do with the card once in the room. Don't dare move the furniture you might find broken glass and about a months worth of dust. Don't get the chicken burger it's chicken thigh and only half cooked the 250gram steak is colder than what they call a salad 12 pieces of lettuce and one sloppy cherry tomato but the bar staff are great and so was Reece won't ever stay here again thanks for spoiling our holiday

We had a wonderful experience in the restaurant, the food was good, the staff were good especially our waitress Stephanie a nice well spoken New Zealander. She was particularly helpful with the choice of meals and selection of wines. The restaurant was well appointed, if I had a issue it was a little noisy, needs some soft furnishings.

Only stay here if you're stuck.

Sterile, soulless, colourless, institutional.....worse than a hospital. Uninviting. No imagination here. Top floor (lap only) pool resembles a fish tank...no terrace, loungers, garden...Restaurant resembles a university cafeteria. Breakfast buffet is a cool $35!
