As I come here regarly working for Rex airlines I appreciate all your staff from checking with the Amazing Ladies TJ Sarah and others and also Ben from the restaurant who helps me microwave my food when need he is great guy and has no issues in helping out I appreciate that as its hard when travelling alot and we all just want to relax and eat food in.our rooms . Thank you for everything as ill be here again in 2 week . The reception staff are top notch and really look after us and help out alot as I always request memory form.pillow and its always here when ordering it. So God bless and thank you all. Used the Novotel to stay after arriving back in at 11.50pm from an International flight. Location is great, staff (at 1.20am by the time we got there) were great. Room Service was quick and yummy for that early and the Room - Family with 2 beds - was huge!! Great breakfast and again perfect location across from DFO to do some shopping before leaving. This is my 4th stay at Novotel Brisbane airport and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it. The only issue was that I couldn't connect to Netflix - it just kept searching for the Wifi (not a big deal at 1.30am but annoying when the kids just wanted to watch something and have a meal).

No hot water

It seemed known to hotel staff that there was an issue with the hot water system and that it would not cope when the hotel was full. We were compensated with a complimentary breakfast, but really one of the core functions of a hotel is to provide a working hot water system. The fact that there was no hot water available all evening was very disappointing.

Great hotel close to the airport. Friendly, efficient staff, the food in the restaurant was brilliant. The service provided in the restaurant by Layla was great. Beautiful food, Arancini followed by steak, panko crumbed pork cutlet followed by Crème Brûlée and Banoffee Pie. Excellent hotel experience!
