Short stay whilst visiting Belfast for our wedding aniversary - Staff very polite and helpful, the hotel was clean & well presented, we had an issue withour cooked breakfast on morning one, we reported to the manager as we were leaving the restaurant after breakfast, she was very apologetic and dealt with this issue very well. If we visit Belfast again we would not hesiate to stay here again.

Staff at reception very helpful and welcoming - as always. Only two pillows for double bed and only two smallish body towels (and a small hand towel) - not really sufficient. Nothing in room (note/message) to advise about any additional cleaning undertaken.

Overpriced and not well cleaned

As soon as we came to our room things started popping up like dirty towels, dust on bedside tables. Our shower had mould in corners as well as toilet was dirty and some type of tape has been forgotten to be removed. Door to the bathroom did not close properly, you had to push it really hard for it to fully close however we were afraid we might not open it again if do manage to close it. As in regards to members of staff they seemed really lovely when were checking in and out of the hotel, staff that checked us in helped me with directions around the city and girls next day couldn't have been more apologetic about our experience in the room. Overall the location is really good, hotel staff are very helpful, but the price we paid for one nights stay was shocking specially when our room wasn't 100% cleaned, i expected much more from this accommodation.

All of the hotel staff couldn't do enough to help and made me feel very welcome. The standard of the room and quality of service was great value. Excellent location to Belfast centre and ideal for a solo traveller's first time in Northern Ireland. I would definitely stay at Ibis Queens Quarter again!

Never been to Belfast and I wanted to stay central but I didn’t want it to cost me the price of an organ. I can across the Ibis and base on the price and the pictures on the website it booked immediately. The receptionists were welcoming, friendly, and answered all my questions. The room was very clean; the temperature was easy to control and the carpet in the hallway was clean as well which isn’t the case for most small hotels. I’d definitely stay here again.

Good location, clean room. No shower gel in bathroom, it was missing. Used glasses not removed by house keeping. Breakfast a disaster both days. Virtually no food on 1st morning. No yogurts either day, no eggs on 2nd day for the 40 mins we were there. The Ibis in the city center is spot on.
