The staff are fantastic, made up feel very welcome and that nothing was a trouble for them. We lost a pair of earrings and they searched the room twice too five them for us... the staff made it for us, will definitely go back again

Staff was amazing and very helpful with our problems. Booked an accessible room and my sister couldn’t get into the bed because it was too high. Staff gave us a step they use behind the bar so she could get into bed.
