Generally speaking the hotel was good. It was a good value for money. Breakfast was amazing. I would have recommended to clean room a bit better (you could notice dust in some of places), and also room seemed a bit empty without pictures on walls

Never been to Belfast and I wanted to stay central but I didn’t want it to cost me the price of an organ. I can across the Ibis and base on the price and the pictures on the website it booked immediately. The receptionists were welcoming, friendly, and answered all my questions. The room was very clean; the temperature was easy to control and the carpet in the hallway was clean as well which isn’t the case for most small hotels. I’d definitely stay here again.

Room 601- It appeared clean on initial arrival, however it needed a good deep clean as there was caked on dirt in the bathroom and edges of the room. I did end up with bites on my legs from the bed. The A/C-heater in the room sounded like a plane taking off, so made the nights sleep very unsettled when trying to cool the room. Overall, very handy location, well equipped and nice design. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the services offered in the hotel were great for the price. However, did not get a good nights sleep and the room needed a really good deep clean.

Air con in room very good and nice facilities. Comfortable and clean. Just night staff in reception are half to take. Stressed out and complaining. At 230am I got a drink from the bar but when I asked for another one the barman said he had cashed up and couldn't give me any more. He said he'd only been working there a week and had all this stuff to do.

The staff very friendly and helpful. Room was ok , very strange layout but for a one night stay was adequate. Breakfast offer was not great, berries were frozen solid and fresh fruit looked old!!

the stay was short and pleasant. However, the bathroom did not have a functioning shower gel dispenser which was brought to the hotels' notice. this was not rectified until the last day, the towels and mats in the bathroom were not replaced on the last days stay, still can't figure out why and the breakfast was simple on the first day. However, there was one item less for the next three days in chronologic order, either no yoghurt, no milk on one of the days and no grilled tomatoes for two out of 4 days. Being a vegetarian, it was hard.

A warm welcome by the receptionist on our arrival. We arrived early so she stowed our cases in a safe place, gave us a map of Belfast and a huge umbrella as it was pouring with rain. When we arrived back tired and soaked to the skin we decided to have supper there, tasty fish and chips an excellent London sleep in a walk quiet clean room

Very good with pleasant, interested and helpful staff. Parking was a problem as car left at Holiday Inn down the road but as not a lot of travel we mostly walked around Belfast.
