We came for our honeymoon. Staff were great and accommodating. Our rooms were a bit of a challenge. The door busted and had to be drilled into which resulted in us needing to switch rooms. We were able to check in early and explore the city without our bags hindering us which was lovely.

Warm welcome on reception from Adrian. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We didn’t use bar/restaurant so can’t comment. Location great, around 15 mins walk to City Hall. Always found parking in the evenings. Daytime more busy. The only reason for 9/10 instead of 10/10 was because the room door needed a good slam to make it secure. Sadly one day the person that cleaned the room did not slam it sufficiently and the room was left insecure all day. Thankfully nothing was taken. The room was kept clean and tidy though so we were grateful for that. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Lots of restaurants/cafes nearby and Tesco express a few minutes walk away.
