Good location for Queens Uni area. Majority of staff engaging (one of the bar staff miserable / uninterested). Rooms clean. Not a fan of the pod bathrooms - feels a bit cheap. No socket next to the bed to charge phone overnight is irritating. Breakfast functional - would like to see option for eggs which aren’t scrambled.

For a city break base near the university the perfect hotel. No frills but everything worked and worked well. Clean. Good breakfast. Only possible downside was a little out of the city centre but then we had a function in the South of the city so not relevant to us

Me and my friend had such a lovely stay at your hotel ., this is based on a double shared room. First and most importantly of all was the the staff made are stay 👌 Lovely clean room but what let my score be down points is the bathroom . Was very clean just old looking with yellowing in places . But again the whole room was lovely and clean . And we would defenitly stay her again x thank you 😊
