Lovely hotel situated in a great building, giving it a homely feel. Location is perfect, surrounded by bars and restaurants, and just a shirt walk from the city centre. Room was great, breakfast tasty and staff helpful. If I'm ever back in Belfast I'll be sure to return!

nice stay but had issues with payment

everything was fine, the only issue was that the person who checked me in did not follow up with the payment form my company and i was not infromed about this until check out (Sunday) when it was impossible to resolve the issue. i had to then pay for the room with my won card which created problems both for me and for my company.

We chose this hotel due to it being located near the university and overall that worked well, although some noise can be expected in the wee small hours as students wander home from the clubs. We met a number of staff members and they were all same, being pleasant, courteous & helpful. The hotel itself was very quiet and clean. Will definitely use again.

A short stay but enjoyable. Best hotel bed I have slept in and breakfast was outstanding. Only thing was as I use my phone for an alarm and also like to read before going to sleep - an electrical socket at the headboard would have been useful.

smelly WC and below average breakfast

The bathroom in the room in particular the WC was smelling of urine all the time. The breakfast is the same every single day and the choices are very limited. It is not quiet at all but no ear plugs are provided as courtesy. The bed was ok.

Can’t praise firstly Amanda, who was in check in on Saturday. She couldn’t have been any better with her customer service, all the staff were great but Amanda was second to none with her customer service and a asset to the hotel!

The room was really cold on arrival. The breakfast juice watery because of the melted ice cubes and no Redbull in the drink selection
