The checkin was quick and easy and was recognized as a member. But the room was not safe firstly because in case of emergency there was no hotel phone inside the room to call reception. Comfort room was way to small. Bed was hard.

We had a great stay with little to no complaints. The only thing I would say is the pillows had no structure unfortunately and the location was perfect for central Belfast but was down a fairly dodgy part of central Belfast.

Great location. Within walking distance to Wellington Pl and the airport express bus stop as well as walking distance from the Belfast Grand Central Station. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Bed was comfy. However the kettle needs to be replaced immediately. Housekeeping also needs to be improved especially on the refilling of body and hand wash. Staff entered the room without knocking. Overall a good place to stay.
