The room next door kept me up all night. So much so we had to ring reception at like 4am. Worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. Staff were excellent breakfast was lovely. Room was clean. I had stayed before but never again.

The hotel is very conveniently located, with City Hall and shops/cafés/pubs within 5 minutes. The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. However, the room was very noisy overnight with audible traffic, wind/rain and other guests' bathroom use. The cleaning also left a lot to be desired - beds were made and towels refreshed, but the room was not hoovered at all during our three night stay, and there were stains on the bedding which was also unchanged.

Check in was quick & easy, the guy who checked us in (Andrew?) was very helpful in recommending some nearby pubs & restaurants to visit. Our room was a good size & very clean, the bed was comfortable & the shower was excellent. The 24 hour pizza kitchen was a godsend after a few pints. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belfast.
