We had a most enjoyable stay in the IBIS Hotel in Belfast City Centre. The hotel is an efficient 3-star, clean, ideally located to stroll around the city, and everything works very well. The staff are not only efficient but also friendly and cheerful. I would particularly like to mention Dakota, who checked us in, and Shauna, who checked us out: both of whom were helpful and smiling. And I really have to single out Andrew, who seemed to be everywhere: both behind the bar when we arrived, and serving breakfast the following morning…he is the epitome of a good-humoured Belfast man who goes above and beyond in his efforts to make our stay a pleasant and memorable one.
