Security is very high, i.e. seems like a dangerous area. Bathroom sink smelled very bad.

We have stayed here previously and will stay again. Absolutely ideal for a short break. It is located about 10 mins walk from the Central Rail station and bus station, and 15 mins walk into the city centre The staff were very friendly and helpful as we checked in. The room was very clean and well equipped. The king size bed was so comfortable, with extra pillows available. The walk-in shower was excellent. Never been in such a forceful shower when turned up full! We returned later one evening and had a drink in the bar, along with a really nice pizza. (Recommended) On the morning of our departure again the staff were very polite with a smile. We'll definately use again, and recommend to anyone when visiting Belfast. The only thing we would change would be a little larger towels. 😃

The hotel room was very comfortable. The staff are always friendly and happy to help with any requests. The hotel was within walking distance of the main shopping areas, bus and train station, and attractions such as Titanic Belfast and Crumlin Road Gaol. The most amazing pizza is served in the bar 24 hours.

Decent location but rooms very small and shower/ toilet was a " pod" ..felt very claustrophobic. Breakfast was ok but hot food not always hot
