We stayed for one night, the parking was so easy to find just around the corner, and the receptionist was so welcoming. The hotel was so warm and the room was fab, we loved the shower pod. Will definitely book again. Didn’t have to time to join up for discount for next stay.

We were with an organised trip to Belfast with Newmarket Holidays and this Ibis hotel was one of the options to stay. As our son has stayed here in the past so he highly recommended it to us. The location is perfect as you can easily stroll around the city centre from here in less than ten minutes. The hotel itself from reception to our room was very clean. Breakfast provided a wide variety of choices and was very filling. Andrew was on duty each day we stayed and nothing was too much trouble for him. All of the staff were very helpful but Andrew seemed to go the extra mile. Close to great local pubs which were all welcoming.

We arrived very late due to delayed flight, Johnny at reception was fabulous and made check in easy and chatted to us at the hotel bar, very friendly and knowledgeable. Sunday morning another young guy on reception went above and beyond to help us sort out transfer, he was brilliant, we will definitely be returning to this hotel. Room was clean and modern also.

The hotel is very central, walking distance to everything we needed. The room was comfortable and big. The only downside is the shower water pressure, it felt like a sprinkler rather than a shower.
