As always the Ibis Hotel chain lived up to expectations. The Belfast City Centre hotel's location could not be more convenient. A short walk to the Central Bus and Train Station as well as the City centre. The room was exceptionally clean with all the amenities required. The staff were all lovely, friendly and professional. The breakfast was varied and fresh, with an abundant selection. I can only praise the experience, we had an amazing time.

This hotel couldn't be better situated for all the city centre amenities. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the whole place was very clean. I had asked for a quiet room, but unfortunately, it was right opposite a noisy pub. It was only bad on the Sunday night, probably as the next day was a bank holiday. Not the hotel's fault, but there were some really noisy guests who seemed to be in the corridor (floor 7) all night partying. Overall though, a lovely stay and the staff were very helpful, and breakfast was delicious and varied.

Good enabling by staff for me as a wheelchair user, especially at breakfasts, where buffet service is not very viable, and the eating area is quite congested. I was travelling alone due to short notice of a funeral, and appreciated staff input. I had stayed once before with help.
