The room was really clean and I slept well, it was nice and quiet. Staff were great, really friendly! Got a pizza which was also great and complimentary tea was a nice touch. The lifts took a while to reach the ground floor. One thing I would say is a negative is that the toilet is a cubicle in the corner, very small, and the door doesn't actually close or lock. The shower is just in the room so you have no privacy at all. Would be perfect for a solo stay or a couple but maybe not friends.

Friendly reception staff on arrival, clean room, quiet room. Excellent location in the city centre. Only reason it didn't get 9 or 10 was no coffee making facilities in the room.

The room is smallish, basic but clean with good shower. Staff were polite and helpful. Could do with having tea / coffee making facility. Additional charge of £2/per bag. Not the end of the world but most hotels, including the Ibis Hotel in mainland UK, Europe and The Middle-East provide this for free.
