Terrible hotel we arrived in our room and the smell in the bathroom was stinking so we complained and they said they would change our room but they couldn't gets the lights to work so we had to stay in our original room and they give us some air freshener never again

Rooms are small and basic but very clean. It's a budget hotel so was expected. The staff were helpful and cheerful and the location is pretty good so all in all no issues.

I stay in this hotel a lot along with my dog, it's central to everything, always reasonably priced & the staff are so welcoming, polite, helpful & always make a fuss of the dog ... to be honest I wouldn't stay in any other hotel when I stay in Belfast ... it does what it says on the tin & has a homely atmosphere
