Yeah the rooms are clean and basic , you have to keep ur window closed as it’s noisy during the nite with students , only live once :)

The room felt more like a cabin in a ferry than a hotel room. Couldn’t have been more basic - not even a lock on the toilet door. Minimal, if any, soundproofing. Booked for 3 nights but left after 1.

What a great location. 6 mins to bus, train, town. Great pubs a 2 mins walk and hop on hop off bus a few hundred yards away.

I was disappointed with my stay. The additional night cost almost twice the original rate, which was not clearly displayed. The room was very small, dusty, and had a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking. The reception staff were helpful, but many of the issues seemed beyond their control.

We stayed here while dropping our daughter at university. The hotel is a nice 20 minute walk to campus, located in a part of the city currently undergoing gentrification.

Hi Julia, Thanks so much for your lovely feedback! We're thrilled you found our hotel clean and affordable, and that you enjoyed our breakfast. It's great to hear you had a convenient stay while visiting your daughter. We hope to welcome you back soon! Best wishes, ibis budget Belfast City Centre

No problems with staff, and the room was very clean, but the bed wasn’t very comfortable, the shower and bathroom layout is a bit weird and the lifts keep breaking. Hotel location is good for the bus station.

Hi Felicity, Thanks for your feedback! I'm glad you found our staff friendly and the room clean. I'm sorry to hear the bed didn't meet your comfort expectations and that you had issues with the shower layout and lifts. Your comments are invaluable to us as we strive to improve. As a bed for the night goes. The mattress on the bunk bed, the bed itself and the pillows were fine. Room was clean. Ladders to the bunk bed are not comfortable on your feet, toilet door is unusually short meaning there is very little to no privacy. As with most hotels now adays, changing point locations are no where near where near where you would want them. One of the lifts was not in use. Limited interaction with staff but had no issues. Price didn’t reflect the quality but assume you are paying for location and demand as is the hospitality industry.

Hi Peter, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! I’m glad to hear you found the mattress and pillows comfortable, and that the room was clean. I appreciate your feedback regarding the bunk bed ladder and the toilet door; I'll be sure to pass that along to the team. We understand that convenience is key, and we're always looking for ways to improve our facilities. Sorry to hear one of the lifts was out of service during your stay—this can be a bit frustrating. As for the pricing, we strive to offer competitive rates while being centrally located. Your comments help us ensure we keep delivering value to our guests. Thanks again for your insights, and we hope to welcome you back in the future! Best, ibis budget Belfast City Centre

the hotel had a very nice location and especially the card system felt very safe for someone who traveled alone like me. the bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice. the breakfast didn't have many options but still i enjoyed it, especially the coffee machines 😁 overall a great experience. 10/10

Room has no closet and little if any storage. HVAC would not stay on consistently. Up charge for virtually everything: 1 hour late check-out - 10 pounds; after check out bag storage (for as little as 1 hour) - 2 pounds

Hi Joseph, Thanks for your feedback! I’m glad you liked our location, but I’m sorry to hear you found the room a bit sparse and noticed the extra charges. We strive to keep our rates affordable, but I understand how that can feel frustrating. We appreciate your input and hope to see you again! Best wishes, ibis budget Belfast City Centre

We had a great stay - the room was clean and well layed out. We enjoyed the free coffee and helpful staff on reception. Saturday evening was noisey but otherwise quiet and peaceful for inner city. Could do with providing / selling conditioner

Hi Ali, Thanks for your lovely feedback! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and found our staff helpful. We appreciate your suggestion about conditioner and will certainly take it into consideration. We hope to welcome you back soon for another great stay! Best, ibis budget Belfast City Centre
