I've been in many hotels throughout the Europe, and I was really amazed of the excellence of breakfast.. The variety and the freshness, ... And a special thanks to dear lovely sussane The location was perfect The view from the room was touching, We could see the river from our room The facilities were complete. Everything you need was prepared. The room was neat. We arrived 3 hours earlier than the check in but we kindly received our room Many thanks

We stayed at the Adagio for 6 nights. Several things were bothersome. One of the night clerks is rude and not helpful. Wish I knew her name to tell you. This is not a hotel. So don't think of it as one. Upon arrival you have to sign a contract about ways they will fine you. They don't clean the rooms unless over 7 days. You take out your own garbage. Need toilet paper - go to the front desk. The breakfast service has to be reserved a day in advance. My partner was not feeling well and after several days requested new sheets and told they don't do that unless you pay. Not even to put them on yourself. The front door locks and you need to get buzzed in somewhere after midnight. That wasn't reviewed at check in. We requested top floor. The roof is angled so you lose half the room ceiling. The Adagio is old and the rooms are fine but the carpets and walls in hallways are awful. Dirty and old. Overall for the price it is not worth it. Only saving grace is day desk clerk. She is great.

Hotel Wien Already at arrival we were met by the most service minded and smiling receptionist. The room is large and well furnished, and so clean so you could smell the cleaning. We always want two duvets and after asking these were provided within 10 minutes. Whatever you want just ask the reception she said - we did and was never disappointed. Only thing missing was a toaster to bread in the kitchen. Thanks for a wonderful stay I had to leave early in the middle of the night, and the receptionist ordered a taxi from his own phone because phone systems were down. Excellent service

I have stayed here before and have nothing negative to stay about the hotel. The rooms are perfectly decent and the price is reasonable. However, the girl on duty in the evening was the rudest and most incompetent person i encountered during my time in Vienna. At night she definitely did not want people coming in or out after midnight. The card reader to gain entry had clearly been turned off, you had to bang on the window to get anyone to come out and let you in. And on one evening I was unable to leave the hotel because 'the door wasn't working'... I mean seriously!! She completely ignored me and walked straight past me even tho i was calling out to her and was clearly trying to exit the building. Rude!!

Be careful and avoid this hotel.I spent there one night(planning the whole easters time).I made a reservation with all accor.During reservation i asked them for parking place for a big car(ram 1500).They told me they have a parking place formy car.When i arrived it happend that the parking place is to small for my car.Because of it they told me to leave my car right on the street.They told it is a safe for my car.Thats why i left my car on the street near to the hotel and we went for eating.When we went back it apperad that my car was spray painted.I called a police and they told me that the whole situation is a fault of the hotel and that i can acuse them of it The next day i went to the hotel menager,He told me that there is not their fault and that they cant do anything about it.They offer me a botle of wine as an appologise....for damaging my car costing a few thousends of zlotych I told them that i dont need their wine and left their hotel imadietly
