The hotel is good and is quite basic . Rooms are clean but small and the staff are friendly. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The breakfast is quite basic but adequate. The location is good with good access to local transport. Check is quick but couldn’t check out early.

This hotel has been excellent for me. I stayed there during the summer and it was a very positive experience, and I stayed again in September and it was equally impressive. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, Chantal was very kind and her colleagues were too. Great location, very comfortable rooms, great facilities and everything for a fine stay. I’ll be returning for sure. Many thanks to everybody there!

Ideal for business trips. Excellent position in the inner city of Vienna. City center in 5 minutes walking distance. Staff in very professional and friendly. Rooms are clean and quiet. The only downside is the breakfast room, which is disorganized and not very well attended

Fairly average hotel

I moved to this hotel to be a bit closer to Wien Messe for a conference but also have reasonable access to the city in the evening. The room was ok but the carpet was stained, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, the bedding was rough and there were multiple curtains that let the light in at all the joins. The shower water temperature constantly fluctuated resulting in sudden scaldings. The breakfasts had fairly limited offerings, enough to get by but nothing great. There are many hotels around this price point and whilst it was ok, I would try a different one next time.

Typical Novatel hotel, clean hotel with little character and expensive breakfast when outside the hotel there are a lot of cheaper alternative places to eat. Hotel is waking distance to Underground, to Prater, to St Stephens Cathedral and other attractions. For amount paid for room, i would look around more to find an alternative cheaper hotel of same standards.
