This is a great hotel , immaculate. Very helpful staff especially Oliver and Catalina . The hotel is in a wonderful location walkable to everything . The breakfast was excellent and the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel .

Fantastic staff, Magda, Zerrin, Panke all so helpful and attentive! Everything clean, friendly and delicious breakfast! Very enjoyable stay! Suites have all you need and hotel does nice tittle touches to make experience more enjoyable.

Excellent stay at the Mercure Vienna First. Location is excellent for the city centre (5 minutes walk to the cathedral), close to bars and restaurants, yet in a very peaceful square. All staff went above and beyond to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was good, Magda and Yourek in the restaurant providing service with a smile. If I go to Vienna again I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

A really nice clean hotel in an excellent quiet location within walking distance to most of the main attractions. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Subway just a few minutes round the corner taking you straight to Schronbrunn Palace. River Danube also only a few minutes walk for taking the boat to Bratislava.

The rooms are kind of tight for a double bed, too close to the wall and I had to dress in the front of the room. The service, Lila of housekeeping, kept the room spotless and very prompt with our needs in our room. Contributed to a very pleasant stay.Thanks Lila!
