Exceptional stay and amazing staff

I wish if I could give the hotel rating more than 5 stars. The service has been great and everything was smooth upon our arrival. Staff were so friendly and supportive, the room was not ready as we came very early, but they kept the luggage for us. Breakfast is phenomenal, loved the variety and the amazingly helpful and warm staff Magda and Yourek! Both are so warm, diligent extremely professional! They made my breakfast experience so unforgettable!

Yourek and Berni were being helpful during the breakfast time. The foods are great, the resto ambience is wonderful. Thank you, we had a great breakfast here :)

There is nothing not to like about Hotel Mercure Vienna First. A good location less than five minutes from the Metro, it is within walking distance to all the central attractions. The foyer staff are friendly and helpful; the housekeeping staff excellent and welcoming; and at breakfast, Yourek and Magda are beyond excellent. Warm and comfortable in a good location and with excellent staff, this is the hotel to choose.

This is a great hotel in a great central location . Rooms clean and warm . Friendly staff made the stay worth while . Very reasonable price for a central located hotel and i totally recommend you stay here .
