If you're staying at Hotel Mercure Vienna First, please don't skip the breakfast. Kerstin and Volkan truly set the tone for the entire day. From the moment you walk in, Kerstin greets you with an infectious warmth and enthusiasm that instantly lifts your spirit. She somehow manages to be everywhere at once taking care of guests, sparking thoughtful conversations, and making every person feel genuinely seen and welcome. What I admire most is her curiosity and heart. She's actively communicating in different languages, and engaging with customers in a meaningful way. That kind of presence can't be taught it's a gift. If I owned this hotel, she would be a star employee without question. The care, dedication, and pride she brings to her work are inspiring, and it's clear she does what she does not just well but with love. Starting the day here feels less like a hotel breakfast and more like being welcomed into a community. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and conversations 🥰

Hotel has an excellent location, close to St Stephen. Quiet environment as well. Nice and spacious room Breakfast is good, diverse, however scramble eggs are not the best I had. Luckily eggs can be served on different modes.
