Lovely Vienna...

Hotel has excellent location at the city center. Wide room with wondefull view. As there are lots of cafe and restaurants, we didn't prefer to breakfast. Recetionist helped a lot for finding special points at the city. Special thanks to Elif CAGATAY for warming approach to feel like at home :) I prefer to choose that hotel once again.

The receptionist are not polite. Everyone may leave the luggage at their room, do not check whether you have reservation or not. In the room there is no twin bed, there are 2 beds place to each other, really uncomfortable. Can not open the window in the room, there is no fan at the bath. No one come to clean the room for 5 nights. Some of cleaning personal was arguing at the corridor between each other reeeally loudly. Do not recommend!

This is NOT hospitality. 1 indifferent staff at check in 2 very smelly room 3 super hot even though heating off, AND could not open windows 4 Were called and ordered to remove a bag, then cut short with no greeting. 5 tiny twin room for 2 guests, while single colleagues were in much bigger rooms. It doesn't take a genius to move people around with this in mind- or should it? 6 indifferent staff at check out. This place is run by people who just need to pay bills, not true hosts of hospitality. Shame as we are all professors of tourism, so will use this hotel as a worst case scenario. Not even expecting a response to this review.

Our room had so much space and storage. The kitchen area has all utensils for a stay, even fridge and dishwasher. Nespresso pods are available daily from reception. Room was very quiet. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Bag storage is a bonus, should you arrive early or leave after check-out time. The ambience is great. Reception has a good selection of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. The fitness room and sauna are available, even with a table tennis table! It may seem a little out of the way, but its so easy to walk into Vienna.. about 12 mins to StephensPlatz. Underground a couple of minutes away at Schwedenplatz, and easy to use. Take the airport train 16 minutes non-stop to Vienna City station and its only an easy 10 minute walk to the hotel. Highly recommended.
