Zerrin was super helpful! And very friendly, breakfast was very good here at the hotel. We would definitely come back again next time we visit Vienna. All the staff are very nice and welcoming, which made our stay that much better! Thank you everyone

We loved the location, the hotel and staff were great. Only a short 3 block walk up to St. Stephens and the heart of Vienna. Three famous restaurants within 3 blocks. The Danube just a 2 minute walk away. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We had few needs, but interaction with the front desk staff was great. Exactly what we were looking for.

يرجى تجديد اثاث الفندق .. اذا احتجت اي شي اضطر الى النزول للاستقبال لكي اخذه بحجه لايوجد موظفين كافيين يخدمونني .. لايوجد خدمة طلب الطعام للغرفه .. المكواة غير مسموحة في الغرفة ويوجد غرفة خاصة لكوي الملابس في الدور الاول ويجب بكل مره انزل اكوي ملابسي فيها .. المطعم الموجود في الفندق يغلق الساعه 10 وبعد ذلك لاتوجد اي طلبات .. لا افكر السكن فيه مرة اخرى .. شكراً

Excellent located hotel, quiet corner 3 min of the heart of Vienna. Not too big, which is an advantage! Clean rooms, just enough to stay for a few days. Very clean! Daily, very friendly room service (traveling worldwide, it was a pleasant exception). Delicious breakfast with plenty of options for vegans and big eaters. There is an excellent small Restaurant on the side. Super service at the front desk. All were excellent, but Ms. Katerina was an angel helping us stretch in the room ahead of regular check-in time after our long night flight. We recommend this place. You can reach St Stephan’s Dom in 2-3 minutes, get the best winner Schnitzels in just 5 minutes' walking distance (ask the front Desk; they have Maps for everything), and spend all your money in all possible brand boutiques after walking just 10 minutes. All shops offer sofas for husbands. After spending time in “big brands hotels“ many times before, it looks that this smaller Mercure Wien Zenter will be our new location in Vienna with it sweet human touch.

The location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the city center, making it convenient and not far from the airport. The reception staff are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We didn't choose the option with breakfast, as we opted to go out for our meals.
