Dear Mr. A., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our beautiful hotel, the views and your room, and that you found our reception and bell team friendly and welcoming. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to have to use the Spa facilities to take a shower.
