Our team works hard to ensure that all areas of the hotel are well-maintained for our guests' comfort. However, we regret to hear that you were unable to check out early. While we offer express check-out options, such as leaving your key card at the Fast Check-Out Box, we understand that this may not have met your specific needs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We also note your comments on your breakfast experience and the room size; we will use these to identify areas that need attention. Nevertheless, it's wonderful to know that you enjoyed our hotel's location and its proximity to local transportation. Our central position, just a 5-minute walk from the Nestroyplatz and Schwedenplatz Underground Stations, provides quick connections to all major sights in Vienna, making it convenient for our guests to explore the city.
