This hotel is right in Central Belfast, and easy access to all tourist sites. Discounted priced parking across the street. Clean rooms, though an odd layout we even had views of City from our room. Employees very friendly. Lobby had free coffee machine and was open 24/7 with food and beverages, which was helpful after I wasn’t able to sleep due to the time change

I enjoyed my stay overall. The room was very small and quite dated, with worn walls, old decorations and some damaged wooden flooring that showed the age of the property. However, the bed was comfortable, and the room temperature was just right, which made my stay pleasant. Regarding breakfast, the variety advertised online and in the hotel’s information materials looked appealing, but the actual experience did not match those expectations. The buffet area was quite small, and by the time I arrived, there was very little food available. The options served also differed from what had been advertised. I believe the hotel could improve by ensuring that the breakfast selection advertised is what guests can actually expect to receive. Overall, I had a comfortable stay, but there is room for improvement in the condition of the rooms and the breakfast service.

Very expensive for what you get there are better hotels in Belfast for the same money, the rooms are a litte tired.

No wardrobe /rackot shelving or space to place your luggage,clothes, toiletries. Card hardly worked for the lift. Charged 10 pounds for a cold continental breakfast. Just wild business. * shower was hot,and bed was comfortable.

Realize it's ibis budget. So. Rooms are small and shower is practically in the room. Narrow beds. But staff are really helpful and lovely. Breakfast room which is the evening lounge also is not exactly luxurious but serves its purpose. Tea and coffee available 24/7 here. Very busy hotel, not surprising, with great location price.
