1. Incorrect invoice (16-17 May trip) and I need to follow up for 4 times (no response from first 2 emails, no response after I gave information again when check in at 22 May, I need to call for 2 times today (26 May) to asking the feedback to resend the correct invoice. I am still waiting for my correct invoice even now. 2. I do not understand why your team did not gave me the meduim size of towel for 2 consecutive days (24 and 25 May) until I need to call to get it at the night of 25 May. 3. No ice at juice bar in restaurant. Taste of croissant, waffle, and pancake are terrible. Need to put some oil on nooddle to prevent the stick of noodle.

Charged differently to what Accor plus told me I had booked

I believe that I was made to pay more than I agreed with Accor Plus. Wanted a family stay with parents in 1 room and kids in another; somehow the booking was twisted so that a parent was in each room and thus made to pay full rate for two rooms

Had an excellent stay at this hotel, rooms were comfortable and clean. Aranya provided great service and was very accomodating. Great range of food and drinks available at the lobby which was a great convenience.
