Customer service is terrible; it seems like they don't even work at the hotel. They're arrogant, and they've linked an employee's name to my email—and ALL the reservations I made showed up under that name. no one could give me an answer, and they canceled a reservation because the guest didn’t check in at 3:00 sharp, even though the website says it’s “STARTING AT 3:00.” It was a terrible experience. As long as I have any say in the matter, I’ll never book a stay for my colleagues at that hotel again.

Dear Galvan O., Thank you for taking the time to describe what happened. We sincerely apologize for the confusion, frustration, and inconvenience caused while coordinating your colleagues’ reservations. After reviewing the situation, we identified that the reservations were incorrectly registered by the reservations call center under the same guest name and linked to your email address. This error affected the confirmations and created unnecessary complications for both you and the travelers. We have reported the case to the appropriate team so the process can be reviewed and corrected. We would also like to clarify that check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.; guests are not required to arrive at exactly that time. However, reservations without a valid payment or credit card guarantee may only be held until the cutoff time stated in the booking conditions and can subsequently be released when the hotel is fully occupied. Regardless, this policy and the status of each reservation should have been explained clearly and respectfully, and we regret that you did not receive consistent information or effective assistance. We are particularly concerned by your comments regarding the attitude of our staff. Arrogance or indifference is not consistent with our service standards, and your feedback will be addressed with the teams involved. We understand that this experience affected your confidence in our hotel and your willingness to book future stays for your colleagues. Please accept our sincere apologies for the reservation errors, the inadequate communication, and the inconvenience caused.
