1-the climate in the room is very hot, this is because during the winter season, the hotel management informed me that they disable the cold air. 2-the hair dryer heated up every 3 minutes so the drying process on me took more than 20 minutes, a waste of time.

The hotel's location outside the town's center was very inconvenient, as it is too remote and there are no amenities nearby such as a restaurant, a bank ATM or small market. The lack of basic toiletries such as shampoo, facial cleansing bar, bath gel is very inconvenient given one cannot purchase these items nearby, and that is outside the norm expected from a hotel. The room is very small (felt like a crew ship cabin) and lacks a small bench where one can place and open the suitcase. I reserved a double-bed room for 2 people for three nights and the room was equipped with only one bath towel and 3 closet hangers. When I asked for more hangers was told there was no one available at that time to get some for me (as I arrived at night) and that someone would provide in the morning. No one ever showed up with more hangers. Having a community iron down a hall is ridiculous! One usually irons right after a shower and before getting dressed, but here I had to dress to go to the iron section down the hall. The breakfast did not provide any healthy options, but the coffee was very good. The only positives were: (i) how helpful and friendly the staff were (excellent) - the security guard at the adjacent Ibis Budget found us an uber very late at night - someone who works exclusively with Ibis; and (ii) the room smelled very clean, so I appreciated that.
