I made and paid for my booking on the 15th of October 2023 through booking site. When I arrived at the hotel, I was asked for my information to locate my booking, which I gave and the booking came up. But they wanted to charge me again and I did let them know that I had already paid for my booking. I have a payment receipt and all. But after I checked out and got back home, I realized that I was charged again. I got in touch with them and they said the payment was just a hold and that it will not post, but guess what, it has posted and now they are neither the hotel nor is answering my call. "Consumers beware". And I will get my money back.

All good. Shame they don't have a shuttle service for the airport.

I had a lovely stay. It is a beautiful hotel, especially the lobby area. The hotel is in a handy location, a 2 minute, flat walk to the train station, and only one station away from the airport. I had dinner in the restaurant and had the most amazing vegan burger I have ever had. It was delicious. I didn’t have breakfast as it is usually not good value for me as a vegan. The hotel is also very close to the main bus routes and I was able to take the bus into the centre of Amsterdam. There is a shopping mall only a 10-15 minute walk away, where I was able to buy some supplies. The only negatives were that there was a queue when I checked in, with about 4 guests waiting to check in for quite a while. The guest behind me actually went to find another receptionist to assist her. Also, while the rooms are very nice, they are a bit generic and I would have preferred an armchair rather than the sofa.
