1. No one was picking calls after 12 am whether it is front desk, housekeeping or restaurant. 2. Wait time to get the items in dinner buffet was very high. I ordered roti and it delivered to me after 45 mins of delay. By that time, I was done with my dinner. 3. Few items were over in the buffet and no one bothered to refill them. 4. They provide shuttle to services to siruseri. upon enquiring the availability, no confirmed me back.
