Obsługa bardzo miła, pokój pierwszy otrzymaliśmy ciemny i było bardzo zimno, zmiana pokoju na 3 piętrze, również ciemny z malutkim okienkiem i ostrymi schodami na antresolę, udało się go dogrzać. Młodsze dziecko miało problem z wejściem.
