This is the worst, most worn-down Ibis hotel I have ever stayed in (and that includes Ibis Budget hotels). Both the exterior and interior are worn-down to a large extent. Hallways are dark and smell. The room had no air-conditioning and a window that could hardly open; the curtains are from the 60'ies. I found trash under the bed, and a moisture absorber (which is not good to begin with). The 3-person rooms is just a 2-person room with the beds moved to fit one single extra. That means the beds are in front of the electricity sockets and light switch; turned the lights on twice during the night by just moving in my sleep. One plus: parking is okay.
