This fits the general expectation when staying at an IBIS : correct, safe, predictable ... but not "WOOW". Room is not spectacular but clean and basically OK. Bed was remarkably GOOD. Food is not bad, but a bit dull and uninspired. Would be much better if the meals could be ordered à la carte (as announced on the menu) instead of the mandatory buffet. Staff is in general quite OK, with good customer oriented mindset. Special positive points for young reception desk worker (student ?) Redouan.

Again I loved my stay, very professional and helpful staff at the reception, specially Djamila who did my check-in, even with a mask on her face I could see her smile. The missing point is for the breakfast organization, even I know that costumers do have a big part of responsibility and I have to notice that you have all what you need for a full breakfast.

Actually, i am not satisfied with the furniture . No fridge the first day was horrible because the Air conditioner didn't work after that day they fix the problem but still not good as a hotel well located the staff were good

First of all I want to congratulate the staff, they were really nice. Unfortunately we had a little problem with the air conditioning at night, we set it to a minimum but the room was not cooling and we had a slightly disturbed night. As for the promotional rate we got, it was very good for an Ibis. I usually spend a lot of nights in hotels in western Algeria, I always prefer Ibis Tlemcen for the quality/price, because the Ibis Oran at 11.000 DZD per night is a bit expensive. In Oran, you can get much better than an Ibis at this price. If I may, 8.000 DZD would be perfect (excluding breakfast of course)

This hotel looks like many other Ibis Hotel around the world, but unfortunately they are not paying attention to the conditions of the room and specially they have a different idea of clean and healthy. All the rooms in my floor, the 4th, had a lot of problem to close properly, in fact many rooms have a door not closing properly with consequent safety risks and, moreover, the rooms are not too clean, my shower box was plenty of moulds.Very bad experience!!!

Everything in the hotel was nice and clean, the personnel at the reception was extremely efficient. Service at the bar was very attentive, I would say even exceptional. Much better experience than at the Algier Hilton the night before!!!

The staff should be more welcoming their customers, specially at reception because it's the first point you encounter when you enter the Hotel from your long trip. I was really disappointed when they booked room with extra money to pay because it's sea view, but I didn't order to have this view and that was the only choice. If I comeback to Oran I will certainly not book at Ibis Hotel

Well, i think this hotel is OK, it is very clean and good design. I love that ,the bed is comfortable. But i just want to say,the internet is very terrible. I have to use the 3G card to send the email. The internet in one hotel well-known like this is not normal.

Good price/quality. My problem is breakfast: could be healthier! No fruit variety, no healthy bread, no cereals. Tough, lots of cakes! Staf is nice. Rooms are stander. Internet connection is terrible!
