Good morning First day : no towel found when i went out from the shower. Second day no hot water on the shower. And i did not get my reward points There will no be others days as i will switch to another hotel for my next stay in Oran as did most of my colleagues traveling there.

The experience was not good as usual, i am a gold Accor member so i come again but probably next time i will switch to the 4 points nearby. Key point is lack of management. One day you have carpet for the shower, next day you don’t. On breakfast sometimes some key goods are missing like water, next day you have it... etc if you do not ask the welcome drink you do not get it, same for room upgrade. The bathroom is out of age with very low water pressure. Only sunray is the smile of the loby lady when leaving.

General degradation of the quality of the service, not as expected from IBIS hotels. - couldn't pay using CIB card! - took a meal in your hotel and one of our guest was sick for 4 days! - breakfast... very very disappointed! - ...etc

Hotel is not transparent to their loyal customer. This was our second stay at this hotel but hotel is not considering customer's interest. Hotel blocked money on my debit card and agreed to release it once I pay full amount when check-out but till this date blocked amount on my debit card is not released and I am unnecessarily spending time in follow up.

Its a horrible experience this time i stay in oran ibis, the rooms are too old, you can see rusty everywhere in the shower room, and a lot of dust on the wall in the room, the first 2 days stay at the fist floor even made me allergy on my body and face, and i had to change the room to upper floor. The first night when we checked-in there was no towel, and we called the service before we went to dinner, after we came back, we found towel just Randomly scattered on the bed, even its an express hotel, i guess the customers still need some resepct, and i didnt see it from oran ibis during this stay.

This hotel looks like many other Ibis Hotel around the world, but unfortunately they are not paying attention to the conditions of the room and specially they have a different idea of clean and healthy. All the rooms in my floor, the 4th, had a lot of problem to close properly, in fact many rooms have a door not closing properly with consequent safety risks and, moreover, the rooms are not too clean, my shower box was plenty of moulds.Very bad experience!!!
