1- TV doest not work properly 2- not enough towels 3-Bathroom floor slippery 4- NO SOAP in the shower container

I want to thank all the front desk team, their service was very professional and quick. They made sure our requests were fulfilled right and asap. From the hotel point of view, i was sooo disappointed. This was a family trip and we booked 3 rooms. A lot of items were missing or not conformed to the hygiene standards of Accor: - No mini fridge, - No safe box, - No towels in the bathroom when we arrived, - Rusty shower, - Very bad finishing in the bathroom, - Bad smell in the lobby area due to a mix up of multiple areas, AND THE WORST IS THAT ALL OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS WERE LEFT WITH BED BUGS BITES.

As a muslim and algerian i would of liked to have a Qibla showed in the room, and also the room wasen't so clean otherwise the stuff was cool.
