I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding my stay from 24/01/26 to 26/01/2026. Despite multiple reports to the front desk, I was without hot water for almost the entire duration of my stay. Although a technician was initially sent to my room without success, it was eventually confirmed that this was a general system failure affecting the entire hotel. Experiencing such a lack of basic service during the winter season is unacceptable for an establishment of your standing and significantly impacted my comfort and well-being.

The good: Everything was very clean, breakfast was delicious, dinner buffet was great, the indoors pool was very clean, warm and spacious and the staff seem to be well trained. The hair salon is well priced and the ladies working there are experienced. We also loved the 1st floor bar vibe and the waiter was very helpful explaining what cocktails they have The lack of details: No menu in the room. We spent a very long time trying to find a menu online, on the TV or anywhere in the room to order things but couldn't find any. The TV hospitality mode was poorly setup. Everything was still a placeholder, No way to watch YouTube and the Chromecast was blocked by the custom hotel software. You could watch local tv channels but that's useless for someone who doesn't speak Arabic (yes, it was a smart TV). The telephone is not updated and the buttons don't actually do what they say. I tried so many times to call room service but they didn't answer. Turns out I had to enter the new number because the hotel rebranding changed it. The fridge had a variety of glass drinks but no cap opener. Not sure how we are supposed to drink those so either get plastic bottle drinks or put an opener somewhere in the fridge Overall, the hotel is very nice and probably the best winter hotel in Oran. Just needs a little bit of work to make it worth the price
