Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a strong smell of smoke, which was quite noticeable and concerning. Unfortunately, I have a severe allergy to smoke, and this odor significantly affected my stay. As a result, I experienced discomfort and had to take precautions to manage my symptoms.

Iam so unhappy becauce i Was hosts in the 7th floor i didnt like the room it Was very Old not confort for hôtel With 5 starters it will be more than what I Was choked and too for the service lunch I hope the next time u will be take care for the rooms and services

My stay at Oran Bay was disappointing compared to the high standards I’ve experienced in other hotels of the Accor chain. While the room met expectations in terms of comfort, it lacked certain essentials. For example, the mini-fridge was empty except on the first day, where it contained a single soda and a bottle of sparkling water. The dining experience, however, was particularly underwhelming. The variety of food offered was not matched by its quality. For instance, the pizza was served in slices, and guests were limited to just two small pieces. Additionally, there was no coffee included at the end of meals; instead, guests were required to purchase it separately from the bar. As for customer service, it was far from the level expected at an establishment of this stature. Overall, the experience fell short of Accor's usual standards, leaving me disappointed.

My experience was good, I personally noticed a big enhancement on the served meals. Everything is verry tasty (prepared with love). Personnel transportation services are Excellents The personnel require lot of work on enhancing their communication skills: there is no welcoming, sometimes I feel myself talking alone, no one to respond to your questions or concerns especially in the reception and the restaurant. I suggest setting a professional hair dryer at the disposition of the customers in the rooms especially for women instead of the hair dryer that stops each 5 minutes
