As customer of All-Accor , before booking I rang the hotel was told no availability then I booked online was available I don’t get it at all. When I got there the hotel was empty, ,the girl on reception on the early shift she was really good very professional I must say her name is (Imane ), the thing that annoyed me I payed with my business card but I still I had to leave 1000 dz as deposit Were doesn’t make sense and the price on my booking online was extra when I got there when I asked they said because was extra person in the room , I been staying in the Hilton group for years in London , Marrakesh every were but never paid extra I pay for the room ,,? for w, when we got to the room was boiling hot we couldn’t even breathe and the air conditioner was even working. The room was clean and comfortable beds , we refreshed and when to the bar downstairs was good I payed with credit card in the evening on the first floor they don’t except credit card it’s funny but very annoying. We had dinner out with our friends not in hotel, when we went back to hotel in the room we got call from reception saying we didn’t pay for dinner that we didn’t even have I explained to men in reception then I got second call saying again same thing so I had to go to reception been disturbed at 12 Am in morning, I don’t like complaining but as customer of all -Accor group this is thé worst experience with hotel I hope it will get better. Thanks

Hotel Staff was good. Room experience was very bad due to disturbance caused by neighbors. Food was not varied.
