Everything was perfect except the AC that we couldn’t disable in many rooms in the 11th floor.

The Hotel is OK but sauna and hammam didn't work. Food specially the dinner buffet was very much average and with little variety. Also some dishes in the buffet were not really warm anymore No fish saeafood or lamb only the very similar chicken tajin and same beefeveryday.

While the hotel and room are very impressive, there are a number of improvements necessary. Check in takes too long. The restaurant needs to offer a la carte, not just buffet for guests requiring a light dinner. Upon checkout, the hotel needs to refund the deposit upon settlement, as promised, without the need for repeated (unanswered) follow and ALL intervention.

I was having some trouble in the entrance/security. Couldn’t able to bring my personal belongings into my room. Such as some small liquors and water. It might be a hotel role, but explenantion by the stuff was not sufficient to me. Also they have a big problem to speak English.
