1. Air conditioning not working all the week 2. The Access to the city in by the back entrances not open obliging longer walk 3. The buffet, dinner and breakfast very poor 4. Outdoor swimming pool not working

I have a claim, last time/last week, at 01:30 am I was sleeping and should wake up at 04:00 to take my flight, so at the that time 01:30 the service room called me and noise me until I woke to response the telephone, and them first the person didnt speak english, second was asking me about to pay something. It was really bad night, because the guy called me back 20 min later for the same subject. sure he is trying to call to wrong room, nevertheless, why call someone at that time?
