Very rude receptionist mainly Rihab. ATM with no cash but they ask for a cash guanrantee amount without prior notice. They do not understand online check in and the information we send before arrival. Beautiful building but no sign of hospitality.

I stayed two separate nights at the hotel. There was a thing or two I liked, but several things that should not expect to see in a hotel chain of high reputation.

it was good, I noticed an improvement, especially the meal. I like the fresh mushroom served for the breakfast. but I think that the breakfast should be served before 6H30 especially for those who have early departure, room service for breakfast should be offered .

Location is perfect however the hotel is a stain on Accor Group. Services are poor. Air Conditioning was not working for weeks and weeks. No Sparkling Water in all hotel. No Tea (english breakfast tea, geen tea, etc) available throughout hotel in restaurant and lobby bar, although mentioned in menu. Cleaning of furniture was poor. I have taken pictures of multiple items during my stay. Chairs were broken. Toilet had leakage in WC and showers. Tap water speed was very low and hard to use. The container supposed to have lotion was empty and remained empty even after complaints. The outdoor swimming pool was filthy full of dirt, garbage and no one on earth would want to touch its water. Worst stay ever in my 20 years of business trips.

The ac was not working on the room and this is not normal that we were not prevented till our arrival in addition to not having the ac no price reduction no gesture the only thing is that we are asked about acceptance or cancellation which is not normal At this stage , in the morning the coffee machine were not working properly I believe that enhancements should be made and from my side i belive that for my next stay in oran i will cross the street and stay at fourpoints

I have a claim, last time/last week, at 01:30 am I was sleeping and should wake up at 04:00 to take my flight, so at the that time 01:30 the service room called me and noise me until I woke to response the telephone, and them first the person didnt speak english, second was asking me about to pay something. It was really bad night, because the guy called me back 20 min later for the same subject. sure he is trying to call to wrong room, nevertheless, why call someone at that time?

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding my stay from 24/01/26 to 26/01/2026. Despite multiple reports to the front desk, I was without hot water for almost the entire duration of my stay. Although a technician was initially sent to my room without success, it was eventually confirmed that this was a general system failure affecting the entire hotel. Experiencing such a lack of basic service during the winter season is unacceptable for an establishment of your standing and significantly impacted my comfort and well-being.
