Complete lack of process and skills. Everyday something missing in the room. Towels not even available upon entry. Reception desk not able to anwer simple questions or even print our 2 documets. Swimming pool service extremely bad. Asking me to prove I am renting a room but letting their friends sit on the best places. Completely ignoring a safety hazard at the children pool where a big whole could hurt children. A mother with baby almost stepped in it. Upon check out being asked to scan my luggage because people are stealing towels. What a joke. They miss process adherance and customer focus!!

I had a disappointing experience at Bay Hotel in Oran. There was no water available in the rooms, and room service performance was very poor. Specifically, the shower was problematic—only hot water was available, making it impossible to take a normal shower. Given the poor service and numerous issues, the high prices charged by the hotel are not justified.
