I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding my stay from 24/01/26 to 26/01/2026. Despite multiple reports to the front desk, I was without hot water for almost the entire duration of my stay. Although a technician was initially sent to my room without success, it was eventually confirmed that this was a general system failure affecting the entire hotel. Experiencing such a lack of basic service during the winter season is unacceptable for an establishment of your standing and significantly impacted my comfort and well-being.
