card payment doesnt work at the hotel and doesnt offer any solutioning the room lack the basic things and has a very disruptive red detector that light up all the night bad behavior from the security that act like they are police guys for no reason food is a disaster never seen such a bad food and lack of variety

Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a strong smell of smoke, which was quite noticeable and concerning. Unfortunately, I have a severe allergy to smoke, and this odor significantly affected my stay. As a result, I experienced discomfort and had to take precautions to manage my symptoms.

Iam so unhappy becauce i Was hosts in the 7th floor i didnt like the room it Was very Old not confort for hôtel With 5 starters it will be more than what I Was choked and too for the service lunch I hope the next time u will be take care for the rooms and services
