Rooms are good. But some basic amenities like water not provided in PET bottles. Breakfast restaurant is congested during peak hours. Yogurts are not in containers.food option is less. Wish to have some Indian vegetarian foods.

It is my first time staying in this Grand Mercure Hanoi and i have to say i am extremely impressed with the service rendered to me during my entire stay. The staffs are so courteous and helpful, from front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staffs, gym, hotel driver, everyone is amazing which made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I will for sure choose Grand Mercure Hanoi whenever i am in Hanoi, either business or personal trip and i highly recommend to anyone who is travelling to Hanoi to stay in this beautiful hotel.
