The rooms were all we wanted The staff from the the front door , to the reception , to the breakfast staff , to the bar staff in the Sky bar , were fantastic and all very helpful. I would highly recommend . The only downside is the pool needs heating , a bit of a shock when you take the plunge.

This hotel is very well located and is quite new with a staff very customer-oriented. As Accorplus member, I am regularly upgraded which increase significantly the value for money of the stay. I recommend this hotel as a frequent traveller to Ha Noi.
