Stayed at Grand Mercure for an office seminar for about a week - very kind and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and pleasant to stay at, room was lovely as well.

I noticed that the room that i stayed this time was brighter than the rooms i stayed in the past. This was a good improvement to me. However it would be good if the room slipper can be replaced with disposable type as it is not hygienic to reuse by different customers.

Room is elegant & tidy but really pity I been offered the room w/o tub. All staff are Helpful. Rooftop bar clean & maintain should be improved. Overall its quite pricey compare with the facility area is limited to small, and without great view.
