This is my usual business hotel when I come to Ha Noi. Rooms are new and staff is very client-focused. I recommend this hotel for business stays in the Capital city.

The lack of accountability from the hotel is unacceptable. A hotel should be a place where guests feel secure, but this was not the case. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice, especially if you value your belongings and peace of mind. We will certainly not be returning to this hotel, and I urge others to be cautious

Every thing went swimmingly: the location even though is not near the lake but still within a 10 minute drive and walking distance to a lot of charming, Hanoian coffee and other shops, the service still warm and efficient, and the facilities still look brand new. Will definitely come back!
