I am a vegetarian. I ordered a cheese toasted sandwich with chips. Salami was added to the sandwich, when I asked for a new sandwich without meat the staff took the sandwich to the kitchen and removed some of the salami and bought it back to me, with some bits of salami still visible . Disgusting behaviour, someone stuck their fingers into my sandwich and removed part of the meat and the rudely gave it back to me. I am a Gold member travelling with 9 clients. I booked and paid for all 7 rooms and I am unable to get a vegetarian sandwich, clearly described on the menu without someone putting their fingers in to pull part of the salami out. DISGUSTING. I shave stayed her for the past 3 years and book 7 rooms. They do not value customers. I stayed there the previous week also and they had no other vegetarian option. I will be staying at the Holiday Inn now, twice a year with my 9 clients.

The room was a little bit dusty so we slept with an open window to get some fresh air. Toilet was clean but we had a problem with the closet pushbutton, which was not always listening to do its work. The car parking is really a mess and you have to carefully drive out, the wall was already a lot painted from different cars because the turn is very sharp. But i have to admit that the sheets and towels were really clean and the personells are friendly.

The hotel’s location is its strongest asset, and check-in was handled efficiently with a smooth pre-registration process. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself left something to be desired. The air conditioning circulated a noticeable smell of smoke, the in-room safe was non-functional, and the bathroom showed visible wear with crumbling plaster on the walls. For a chain with ibis’s reputation for reliable standards, this was disappointing. The most serious issue was noise: loud music with heavy bass continued until around 2:00 a.m., making sleep very difficult. This is not acceptable for any hotel, regardless of category. On a positive note, breakfast was good. Overall, this property would benefit from some renovation and better noise management. Suitable for a short daytime stopover, but not recommended for anyone who values a good night’s rest
