Unfortunately this stay including booking process and efforts to reach out to the hotel has been a disaster since the beginning. I try to stay as much cool as I can and ignore small mistakes but this hotel is nothing worth keeping the cool. I will explain how. 1. I had to make multiple bookings and then cancel. Due to corona, my plans and travel dates kept changing. I reached out to hotel atleast three times by email before my arrival and not a single email was answered. 2. I ended up calling them from abroad - I was told to call back as there was no staff available to speak English. 3. On Arrival I was not given a drink voucher (as a silver member). This is the first time ever happened in any hotel. I had to later go down stairs to specifically ask one.. they don't pick up the phone at reception. 4. I was offered a birthday cake - which I appreciate. 5. During my two days stay, I was offered 2 water bottles of 0.225L each. No refill for the 2nd day. I am currently on medication due to stomach infection which means I am required to drink and eat fresh and clean. I needed to take medicine but there was no water. I called the reception from the room atleast 10 times (may be more), I called room service and no one picked the call. After 10s of attempts, someone picked the call and without talking, put it on music (on hold) and then no one answered. I ended up taking my medicine with a leftover sip of gas-less sprite I had earlier in the day which I should not. 6. The flush system in the toilet has no water so I can't flush it and I have tried to call the reception many times but no response. I had to go to reception to ask for a person to fix it. In short this was my worst ever stay in any of the All Accor hotels.

No bad surprises. There is a system. You know what to expect. Hygienic. You can also get a discount as a member. The generous fruit offerings quenched my thirst, I enjoyed it. Everything was easy and simple. I stayed in all top segment hotels in Gaziantep. It was the most comfortable place and the best breakfast place.

The rooms are clean and good looking. Smells fresh at check in (non smokin room). You can find everything you need in the room but it does not feel cramped, even though the area was not much. The A/C worked very well, considering we slept two people in a relatively small room. Both the check in and check out procedures went flawlessly. The only thing concerned me about this stay was, that I forgot my sunglasses in my room and no one contacted me about this during the day. Even though the cleaners went through the room, I could only find out that I forgot the glasses in the hotel after I went to the hotel myself. And before that I had to call every place I went that day to find out where my sunglasses were. I called the hotel as well, but for some reason I could not reach reception to ask. So I had to cancel some of my plans to go all the way back to the hotel to ask about them. Is it a big deal? Maybe not. But I can't help but think, if I have not asked, would they contact me about my glasses, or would it be a case of finders keepers... All in all, I had a good stay. I can't really complain. But that one little thing was enough to make the stay "not perfect".

Average quality but good beds. The receptionist did not mention that the breakfast was not included but he asked for it on the check out! The floor of the room was not clean and there was wisp of hair on the ground.

perfect location 5 min. by walk to old city and bus station to airport in front of "valilik" helpful staff and excellent breakfast room and foods beverages.... close to everywhere........ city buses departs from station for 6 tl by using "gaziantep card" selling by little shops nearby the bus stations around the city

The electric light bulb of room 313 was broken. They were informed for repairing.When leaving the hotel still had not been repaired. Having separate shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom could be better.

Ibis at Gaziantep became one of my favorites. It is very close to the center and you can walk easily to the castle and bazaars. The Ibis employees were always kind, helpful and warm like the people of Gaziantep. I would like to also thank to Mehmet who was working at the tenth floor, that he found my phone charge and made it sent by cargo. There are many restaurants in Antep but you could also try eating at Ibis, they were delicious. For last, taxi drivers at Antep may get it easier if you tell them the hotel name as İbiş. They all say like that :)

Location is more than perfect Even for travel or business very good choice Rooms are very clean Brand new Shopping Mall is next to the hotel including everything you need Breakfast is good enough but Gaziantep is famous with its delicious foods lets go outside for all meals:) The only thing bothers me is the rooms dimensions, which is a ibis classics Prices are normal

The hotel is well located and the rooms are clean. The staff is kind and the hotel has enough parking space. A good accomodation option for Gaziantep. The only thing we were not happy with, was the prices in the bar.
