Cigarettes smell

I was staying at a room which is not allowed to smoke in it but room was smelling cigarettes all the time. I don’t know how!! It was horrible and difficult to handle

stink of cigarettes and worse

bathroom was filled with cigarette scented from previous guests, aircon didn’t work so i left window a little bit open (security cable didn’t allow full opening anyway) and a bat came in the room so i had to change room at 2 am in the morning. and yes the new room was also filled with cigarette scented but i couldn’t bother anymore at that hour. not a good night sleep.
