the rooms are very small , there is not wardrobe for luggage space not good. Breakfast not good and also very expensive not worth it . Bathroom needs repair all water pipes blocked

Although we specifically requested a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke when we entered the room. I informed the reception, but they said there was nothing they could do and only offered to change the bed sheets. I accepted. Later, a staff member came, removed the old sheets, left the clean ones on my lap, and left the room. We had to make our own bed. Due to the heavy cigarette smell, we struggled to sleep and had difficulty breathing throughout the night. This situation seriously affected our overall stay in a negative way. No matter where you go in the world, Ibis usually provides a consistent standard of quality and service. Unfortunately, this hotel was far below that standard.

Our room was spacious enough, and the breakfast was good. We stayed there during our visit for ski tourism. Having breakfast at the hotel saved us time compared to having breakfast out.
