Cleanliness of the room. The carpets are dirty, dusty and some foods on it from the previous guests. We saw some foods under the sofa when the house keeper open it for my son. That is not something usual for Novotel. I hope it is for just once. Additional to this, The room temperature was too high even we kept the AC off. Because the season, the cold mode of AC was not functional. It was about 27 celsius degree, I measured it with my watch. We had to open the windows while it was raining outside. We got sick after all.

1- When I entered the hotel for check-in; I had to wait around 10-15 minutes as there was only 1 receptionist available and nobody helped me as a priority. 2- During the check-in; the receptionist provided me with a free drink coupon which I can use during my stay. On the coupon; it clearly states: Cannot be used for premium class drinks. I had ''Double Raki'' as I had thought that Raki is not a premium class drink so that I could use my coupon. However, after I had the drink; the waitress told me that the coupon is only valid for 'Single Raki' and I have to pay for the drink. I spoke to the receptionist afterwards and he told me that he would do me a favor and he charged half of the Raki. 3- The most important part of the story happened during check-out. I had made my reservation at Novotel Kayseri on September 9th through ALL mobile application Bed and Breakfast including tax for 55.45 Euros. However, during check-out; I have seen that the price listed at the hotel for 1 night is 43.45 Euros including tax. I have asked why the room price I have from the application is higher than what I see at the reception (even though I should have a lower rate because of Silver membership in the ALL app and because I made my reservation around 2 weeks ago) ; the receptionist told me that the price on the screen is faulty and subject to change.

I booked hotel from app. One double room with my partner. Reception not chek in me without they see my partner. That’s why I spent 5 hours outside of hotel. Because my partner was comes from far away and hotel rejected my check in without her.

I am not satisfied at all with the hotel, very bad service, there is only 1 bed and a sofa in the room for 3 people, I do not recommend you to use it at all, just spend unnecessary money And don’t spend time with this

Location of the hotel is close to city center and also easy point to reach the airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We were able to fit in the room with 2 kids. Breakfast is good, they have msny selections. Service is good and personnel are polite.

Very pleasant stay, easy to find hotel, not so far from city center. The rooms are very well decorated, large bathrooms and excellent sound proof windows. The staff was very friendly and ready to help!
