We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. It was a skiing vacation for us. It was only a 30 minute drive to the mountain from the hotel. The temperature of the rooms were just right. Breakfast was satisfying. Real coffee beans, for those that are coffee addicts :)

Although overall the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, we were surprised how dismissive the receptionist during the check-in. I reserved two rooms months before our arrival and called the hotel three times to make sure that the rooms to be reserved side by side on the same floor. I was reassured by the hotel staff member that they took a note about that. The rooms we got were facing each other - no problem there - on the fifth floor that was designated for smokers - that's the problem. The receptionist did not inform us about that fact despite the presence of our children on our sides. After entering our rooms, we realized that the rooms were for smokers. We went downstairs, with our laguages in tow, and had to change our rooms. It puzzled us why the receptionist did not bother to ask whether we were ok with staying in a room and on the floor that smells cigarettes.
