First of all I’d like to thank the smiling staff. The whole team is focussed on the customer satisfaction. The location of the hotel is just brilliant. 6-7 minutes drive from the airport. I literally woke up at 5 AM and was checked in at the gate at 5:30 which is not comparable with other destinations. 25 minutes drive to the ski center, the reason why we stayed here. Breakfast was just phenomenal. I stayed in different Novotela around the world and this was like in a 5 star hotel and the best of all. Also our room upgrade privilege was honoured: I’d just criticise the room keys which is a general problem with many Accor hotels. They need an update. We’re in 2026 and much modern options should be available.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. It was a skiing vacation for us. It was only a 30 minute drive to the mountain from the hotel. The temperature of the rooms were just right. Breakfast was satisfying. Real coffee beans, for those that are coffee addicts :)
