Had a booking for 2 suits, but at arrival there was just one suite available . At the end we got one suite and one other room. If you have booking confirmation the rooms should be available on arrival.

Good Budget-Minded Business Hotel

We had a quick overnight here en route to the Ürgüp area. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The room, while dated, was clean and comfortable. Location is good if you have a car or are using a taxi... it is not in a great walkable area.

Unsanitary Conditions and Terrible Service at Novotel

I had a terrible experience staying at the Novotel hotel. The room was definitely not hygienic - there was hair on the towels, and the flushing button on the toilet was broken. It was clear the towels had been used before. The staff's attitude was also very rude. When we arrived at the hotel around 10pm and ordered food, we were forced to wait for an entire hour before being told there was nothing left in the kitchen except soup and bread. However, we could clearly see other guests finishing their meals in the restaurant. Additionally, the new plates we were given had visible stains on them. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying at this Novotel location. It was an incredibly unsatisfactory experience from start to finish.

The room was very hot and we requested the air conditioning be looked and we were told it had been fixed but it still didnt work. The staff on the desk couldn’t understand us as they spoke minimal English. We we arrived the concierge were out the front and when they saw us they went inside rather than help us with our bags. The staff in the restaurant were rude and abrupt.
