we were greeted with warm and friendly front desk. the check-in process and key issuance is very efficient and in next moment we were in our room. the room was very neat, tidy and comfortable. my kids love the room ambience and cleanliness. we had a very pleasant stay and courteous personnel from Novotel Kayseri. they are always ready and available to assist. thank you Novotel Kayseri :)

The room that we were given was Hot and was facing the highway You could not open the windows because of the noise Air-conditioning only works in certain times of the year As such the room was very hot The only solution they could offer us was a pedestal fan

Unbearable Stay: Outdated Facilities and Sleepless Nights

I recently stayed at Novotel Kayseri, and I must say the hotel’s hardware is outrageously outdated. The hairdryer isn’t your usual one—it’s more like a warm air blower from the year 2000. The power outlet on the TV wall didn’t work, but the worst part was the air conditioning. While the outside temperature was a cool 5°C, which was great, the room’s heating was unbearable. No matter how low or weak we set it, we kept waking up sweating. When we switched to cooling mode, it still blasted hot air. I asked the front desk, and they told me it was a central air system, meaning cooling wasn’t an option. The bizarre part is, the hallway and lobby temperatures were perfectly comfortable—neither too cold nor too warm to sleep. The staff suggested we open the window, but that turned out to be an even bigger nightmare. One side of the hotel faces a busy highway with heavy traffic even at 2 or 3 AM. The other side? A railway track with trains passing by in the middle of the night. To top it off, around 6 AM, the mosque’s loudspeakers woke us up with their morning call to prayer. In short, opening the window means no sleep due to noise; keeping it closed means sweating through the night. Honestly, this hotel fails at providing the basic necessity of a good night’s sleep. Avoid staying here at all costs. 我最近入住了Novotel Kayseri飯店,必須說飯店的硬體誇張地老舊。那個吹風機根本不是一般常見的吹風機,更像是2000年代的暖風機。電視牆的插座是壞的,但最糟糕的是空調系統。外面大約5°C的氣溫其實很好,但房間內的暖氣熱到讓人多次被熱醒。不管怎麼調整強弱,最後都還是會熱醒。改開冷氣,結果依然是暖氣在運作。 詢問櫃檯後才得知是中央空調系統,無法開冷氣。奇怪的是,走廊和大廳的溫度卻剛剛好,既不冷也不熱,完全不會影響睡眠。飯店竟然建議我們開窗,但這是更大的悲劇。飯店一側面對車流量非常大的公路,凌晨兩三點依然車來車往;另一側則是鐵路,半夜還有火車經過。更痛苦的是早上六點左右,清真寺的喇叭直接開始廣播晨禱,把我們吵醒。 開窗根本沒法睡,關窗又熱到無法入眠。這樣的飯店連最基本的睡覺需求都無法滿足,真心奉勸大家千萬別住這裡。

Had a booking for 2 suits, but at arrival there was just one suite available . At the end we got one suite and one other room. If you have booking confirmation the rooms should be available on arrival.
