Our stay was good, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Stayed for 2 nights. The place is about 15 to 20 minutes walking from downtown. Amparo at the front desk was amazing, helping us with recommendations of places to visit and things we had to try, thank you so much for everything.

The beds were very tiny, the air conditioning was not working properly, and it was more of a hostel than a budget hotel. I would have expected a bit more from the Ibis chain.
