En relación con su percepción sobre el establecimiento, nos gustaría señalar que ibis Oviedo pertenece a la marca ibis y responde a los estándares y servicios propios de un hotel de 2 estrellas, categoría que define nuestra propuesta y nuestra oferta de servicios. Entendemos que cada huésped puede tener expectativas diferentes y sentimos que, en su caso, la experiencia no se ajustara a lo que esperaba. Respecto al desayuno, agradecemos su comentario. Nuestro buffet, con un precio de 8,50 €, ofrece una selección variada de productos fríos y opciones para comenzar el día, y entendemos que pueda echar en falta determinadas elaboraciones calientes. Tomamos igualmente nota de sus observaciones sobre la máquina de café y la falta puntual de vajilla durante su estancia, aspectos que revisaremos con el equipo. Sentimos también los inconvenientes relacionados con la climatización, el termostato, el olor y la conexión wifi. I reserved on Ibis Oviedo not budget, that said everything feels budget from the reception. Breakfast is basic and not even scrambles eggs, coffee machine was aweful and to be summer under staffed, several persons including me have to ask for glassware because it was almost empty. I will never stay here again, there's no benefit. I'd rather pay the same and stay in an old hotel in the center, at least it'll have better location

We had a three night stay recently in this hotel and were very happy with it. The room was clean and comfortable and was air-conditioned, keeping it perfectly cool on the hot summer days. The hotel itself was easy to access and only a 15 minute walk to the centre of the old town with its choice of bars, restaurants and tourist sites. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. Happy to recommend it for a stay in Oviedo.

It was a bit slow to check in but after that, it all went well. Excellent buffet and quiet room. Comfortable bed and good wifi. The only drawback was there was not much nearby but for us, it was ok. Close to the bus station was more important.

Hotel was fine and did the job. The staff were friendly and helpful. Some issues: no sofa cushion, only one set of plug sockets, gap at the bottom of the shower door so the floor gets very wet, no hand towel. Breakfast was a bit basic and at some points things would be missing (glasses, bowls). On the whole it was fine though.

This place was great from every point of view. The staff was attentive, the room was well cleaned, and the facilities were good. They were very accommodating with my dietary restriction to gluten and brought many options for breakfast. My only attention point is there is no safe in the room, but this is very small. All was great!

Wonderful experience. The hotel is located at a walking distance from the train and bus station and also from the city center. At the same time is a quite place. Room were broad and comfortable and the restaurant had nice options for food and drink for a reasonable price.

Location is great but we took the longer way (uphill) instead of a shorter way from bus terminal to hotel . The staff informed us of shorter route but going to bus terminal from hotel, we took our original path bcos it was downhill all the way and much easier. The receptionist cum cafe staff are very helpful to offer us to have hot water from the cafe whenever we need it (room has no kettle). Overall a very good and enjoyable stay. Value for money !
