Dear Mr. Arben, Thank you for choosing Novotel Trabzon. First of all, I would like to state that our check-in time is 14:00. Guests who check in earlier will pay an early check-in fee. We can assist with this if room availability exists. Unfortunately, we cannot offer early check-in during peak season. Also, the price given to you for the tour is the price provided by the agency with the VIP vehicle. Since we do not have any agreements with agencies, we, as a hotel, can only accept cash payments; we cannot accept card payments. Tour companies are not included in the hotel price. First there was delay on the check-in there was no one on the desk . The room was dirty as I found a used ear cleaning stick with wax on it on the floor. Secondly there was a female member of staff at the reception and I was interested to visit sumela monastery and she told me that the fares are 200 usa dollars. I asked that if I can pay by card in turkish lira ans she told me that I must pay cash in usa dollars . I told her that I have been working in turkey for 11 years never had this kind of experience before and I will report it to authorities. She cared less . There was zero customer service.

The hotel felt short staffed. We had to call multiple times to unlock a door between two interconnected rooms, to take our laundry and for housekeeping. There were also weddings on both nights which caused some noise disruption until about 11pm. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. They are all dated which meant things like the AC was quite noisy, TV didn't work well and all in all, it was more a good 3 star rather than a 5 star experience.

Positive experience , in general- great location, nice staff snd very good food- also it's very clean.... had some problem with the noise (not very loud) in the beach (party?)-also people in turkey smoke a lot- not inside the hotel but exactly at the door!!

This is a well located hotel with beach access and swimming pool, rooms with sea view, and gym. It is located next to a mall and local shops. You can just stay there at the hotel and relax and go for a walk around the area.

Honestly In beginning I wasn't satisfied, because the didn't allow us to do eraly check in as we arrived in the early morning, however we paid extra money for that But after that the stay was amazing , the breakfast the pool and the rooms were perfect , we enjoyed alot My advice is to put people who speak good english in the reception And i wish if there was a daily dinner buffet

I called the hotel and told them if I need to do something before I arrive about changing the number of adult from 1 to 2, and they say you only need to pay for the breakfast of each day and its 70 euro per day. Then when I arrived 2 am they charged me around 475 euro just because the booking said 1 adult and we will check in for 2 adult.

The cost of a single day's breakfast is 15 Euros, and your reservation included 5 nights and 5 days of breakfast. Only the cost of breakfast was reflected in the price; no extra charge was applied. 15 € * 5 nights = 75 €. A 5 € discount was applied to you, and no extra amount was charged.
