From the first time I entered the lobby the service was amazing. Room service was quick and friendly. The room was lovely, clean, well appointed and with plenty of room. The location was perfect, with a shopping centre around the corner and a short walk to the water. What touched me the most was the assistance I received from the receptionist the next morning when I rang to ask if I could check out a little later due to me waking up with a horrible tummy bug. I just wanted to wait a little bit until after I had acquired some medication from the pharmacy and made sure my tummy had settled before beginning my drive to Sydney. She came back to me very quickly and said yes that was no problem at all. I was feeling well again quite quickly and did not end up having to stay longer than the normal check-out time but when I went down to check out, she was very kind and asked me if I was feeling ok, was I going to be ok to drive and was I sure because I could stay a little longer if I needed to. It was very sweet.... I will definitely come back again to stay. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was very good and we particularly appreciated the welcome amenity wine, water & delicious chocolate in the room. We have stayed the last few times on the side of the building that overlooks the swimming pool and this time were allocated a room overlooking Hay street - so much noisier during the night. Reception and breakfast staff excellent.

Do not publish, private feedback only In the suite we booked was a glass coffee table. It had quite sharp edges. Due to the fact it was clear and had pointy corners, I ended up with several cuts and bruises during my stay. You may want to consider a frame around the coffee table to assist guests. It might look nice enough, but in reality, it bought the legs of myself, my husband and my son several times during our stay and left some nasty bruises.

Not one to complain, however, at breakfast I was politely requesting a coffee and was told to "just wait till I have finished what I'm doing" fairly abruptly. Apart from this the other staff were very accommodating and friendly.
