Super easy. Love the balcony

Well appointed room, with everything I needed. Love how clean and comfortable the room was. No minibar (not needed) , no piles of trimmings on the bed to discard. Great bed linen and bed very comfortable. Good security lock on door. Loved the bathroom amenities (no little useless miniatures) Good mirror and lighting in bathroom. Loved the recessed lighting which was very dim and soft to leave on at night. Perfect. Air conditioning works very well ( not like some places ! ) The only thing I would have liked was a sliding shower head as I am short. And... the restaurant options were not suitable for me, and no flexibility there. Ordered a pizza, conveniently discreetly delivered to downstairs foyer.

Only two issues - don't like the three in one hair, body and hand wash. Would prefer shampoo and conditioner seperately. And booking through Booking.com it was not clear that the parking was an extra charge, so that really should be clarified either at booking or check in.

Shower is designed for a 1.5m tall person, Breakfast was meh - sausages were horrible, bacon was soggy and not cooked properly The fridge in my room sounded like someone was drilling into my room to the point I had to pull the plug of the wall... It's a shame because we use this hotel everytime we go to Hamilton

The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The room was larger than I expected, spotlessly clean and had a fabulous view across the river. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. I ate twice in the restaurant and both times the food was delicious. Checking in and out was fast and easy. I would recommend the valet parking service as street parking is almost impossible.
