Dissatisfied with the service and response to issues, very friendly staff but also very flippant. Dismissed my complaint about the very hard mattress by replying “only one more night we will try and do better next time”!

The rooms aren't overly big and the fact I had a single bed (unrequested) crammed into the room as well, added reduced it from cosy to crowded. And sadly, my meal from the restaurant (Loaded fries with a side of salad) was awful. The fries were soggy, and the salad was full of dirt. Horrible.

Check in was a frustrating experience for a simple group booking of 3 rooms. Staff didn't know room configurations and advised they were all the same dispite different rooms being booked. The bar was poorly stocked and over the 4 night stay they run out of 3 varieties of bottled beer. I got growled at for changing the toaster setting at breakfast so it actually toasted the bread instead of spitting off the end of the conveyor like it had been sitting in the sun for 3 days... check out was equally as frustrating as the check in. On a brighter note, the rooms were comfortable and the house keeping staff did an excellent job.

The room was clean and comfortable but to have two beds in the room was ambitious and left little room for movement in the accommodation. When asked about parking, only one option (valet parking) was offered. This was convenient, but expensive. Alternatives, including nearby parking areas could have been suggested.
