The staff and hotel are impeccable, we had an issue with our booking through booking.com however the staff managed this without fuss The venue itself is located in the heart of the Hamilton CBD and is well presented, comfortable and well priced The kitchen staff are friendly, and breakfast is fresh, tasty and set us up for a great day

Really pleased with this stay, the team was very well organised, at reception and car valet, the room was clean and just right for a one night stay. The only negative was no hot milk for coffee in the morning!

The staff were excellent. Everyone from our initial welcome, restaurant. Except that they double charged our valet parking which meant I had waste time to sort it out! The room was clean but not value for money. The pillows were awful. No radio option on the clock or TV. The step from the restaurant to the dining terrace was a disaster waiting to happen. Our poor team member, a woman in her 80's suffered terribly. I was very disappointed that no voucher or gift of apology was made. If an ACC report is made that will reflect terribly on the Ibis chain!

Good service by Ruth on arrival. And the next morning by what looked like a senior staffer taking time to over see the young lady, and to correct a minor issue.
