Great central location in Hamilton. Onsite valet parking available at a fee, staff are super friendly and helpful. They have an onsite restaurant which has a limited menu but was very tasty and well presented. The room was well set out and modern. The bed unfortunately was med to firm and I prefer a softer option. Bathroom was clean and ample products on offer. I struggled with turning the air conditioner temperature down, although I think this was more user error than the room fault.

Have stayed in lots of higher rated hotels in NZ and Novotel around the world but this takes some beating. Booked myself online cancelling where my travel company put me and am delighted. Location fabulous, The reception staff unbelievably efficient and helpful. Lovely room with all facilities and great breakfast and service. Absolute credit to Hamilton and New Zealand
