Although the hotel took my credit card and sent me an email to say I could do fast checkout I actually did check out personally and for some reason they hadn’t stored my details so they kept emailing me ! But it was their fault as I had given my credit card details - I had to ring them in the end although I tried to get them to ring me at the Auckland hotel !! I was very disappointed with how they handled that

Stains on furniture in room, no filtered water in room, no tables available for buffet breakfast - only tables covered in dirty dishes, buffet was pretty much cleared out on a Sat morning at 10am, reception didn't provide any helpful/alternative parking options.

We appreciate your comments and I have just shared them with the relevant department managers to ensure they're addressed with our team to enhance our services for your future visits. Regarding the lack of water bottles provided in your room, we place re-fillable water jugs in each room with a card advising you that these can be filled at the Lobby Bar. There is a complimentary filtered water tap on the bar (easily accessible to guests) which offers a choice between still and sparkling water. This is to complement our sustainable efforts in reducing single use plastics and I hope this works for you in the future.
