Front desk Staff were friendly and effective as we staff in the restaurant. Beard was comfortable rooms were immaculately tidy. However on return to the room in the evening and having gone to bed, I woke up after midnight to find the room was humid and stifling. Attempting to work the air-conditioning control as per the instructions failed suggesting it was faulty, resulting in an uncomfortable night with broken sleep.

We checked in on Sunday, the 8th. The check-in staff was amazing. Went to our room, and the first thing I noticed was a slight smell. Then my partner used the toilet, and it wasn't clean. It hasn't been cleaned around the rim. Also, there was a clear written note from the last occupant on the desk, which makes you think it hasn't been cleaned or dusted. Other than that, it was a nice room and very quiet. It is our second time staying, and the drop in room cleanliness is obvious compared to our last stay. Plus I booked for 2 pax with breakfast, but on checkout, I was told I was only booked for 1 pax and would have to pay for the other person. So, a bit confused on my end. Reception sorted out, but still a bit annoying.
