We stayed in New Zealand for 9 days - from Auckland to Napier and in between. Service at this hotel was by far the best of the visit. Staff were well trained and world class customer service. The check in staff Alfie and a young female made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door. Alfie immediately anticipated that I would want a connected room for my family and made the change. By the time we arrive to the room the doors were unlocked to connect the rooms - terrific team work. The wait staff in the restaurant were warm and interacted in a cheerful and friendly way. 10/10 - highly recommend the hotel just for the staff and the warm welcome. Only feedback would be the EV charger at the font of the hotel requires upgrading to accept new style plugs - wouldn’t work on my car. More EV stations
