Was disappointed when checking in i was charge $2200 as a hold on my debit card. This was on a Thursday and I wasnt aware until the Friday. I was told this was a new system and although very apologetic, it wouldnt be refunded until Monday. What if I needed to access this money over the weekend. Not good enough, i will be thinking twice about handing over any credit/debit card at your business again.

We stayed 1 night from Auckland to watch the NZ Breakers play the Sydney Kings Basketball game. We got a bonus as both teams were also staying at the Hotel. Wow! All in all, room service excellent, stay wonderful, and beds, room clean and tidy. Will definitely stay again!! Thanks all...

Staff super lovely and helpful from check-in to check out. I had an issue where I was overcharged through your system and my free drinks had disappeared on the app. Just a phone call and question to staff at reception and it was fixed.

We enjoyed our stay, luckily we found something on the Menu to tempt us but not really our favourite food.
