Excellent stay as usual. Only feel a bit of disappointment that I booked accommodation three weeks ago before I turned up, there is no upgraded room as I expected available, they put me maybe in spare room, I do not mind twice bed , but I notice the bathroom toilet flush seems not working well, not enough water to flush, I understand that day pretty busy in the hotel. But I am often stay hotel due to my business, and I am also is Accor Explore plus membership, I expecting the guaranteed upgraded better room, it seems I was not important for hotel, I stay in hotel nearly every month or every couple of weeks, just wondering if any long term agreement?

Reading your comments regarding loyalty and lack of upgrade, I think you may be mistaken as I can see clearly that you originally booked a Superior double room, which is our lead in room type, but you were indeed upgraded to one of our Executive twin rooms and therefore did, in fact receive two upgrades. We are very grateful of your loyalty L. Li and I know that you usually benefit from complimentary upgrades and can see that there have been no occasions this year that your room hasn't been upgraded. We will continue to do our best to offer you your preferred room type of Executive king room, however, we can only offer complimentary upgrades on a last minute basis, and they are always subject to availability- as per the Accor Loyalty Membership terms and conditions. Checked in early to be greeted with “check in isn’t until 2pm” no good morning what’s yiur name . Once they checked my name they discovered my room was actually ready - Room aircon was faulty and I was moved to another room . That air con was faulty also Went to dinner - wanted to stay in house - no menu only a buffet that was dried out and nut fit for service - no staff attended to me had to chase down my drinks . My free drinks were restricted to the horrible house drinks - who drinks those? Staff in general seem untrained in hospitality and there was no senior manager around to talk to
