We visited for my daughter’s 10th birthday trip. On arrival we were greeted with “Happy Birthdays” and a plate of birthday treats and soft toy were waiting in our room. My daughter was beaming! Special thanks to Oliver (out the front assisting with parking) he was fantastic, reversing my car for me and assisting us with parking. He was warm, kind and welcoming. It was a hot day and he did incredibly well to stand out there, we saw him multiple times when leaving/entering and shared a few laughs with him. The restaurant staff were also great, interacting with us during breakfast. Overall we are very happy with our stay and will be back again! Thank you for contributing to my daughters special birthday

Only there for one night for a sports event. Front of house, valet and room service all pleasant and efficient. Atmosphere in reception and dining could be better esp with the Xmas festivities.
