Kia ora Sofia, Thanks so much for taking the time to respond to us with your feedback. We are pleased that you were happy with your stay and in particular with our sustainability initiatives. There's actually a whole lot more goes towards our sustainability initiatives that our guests never get to see, such as the fact that our food supplies are sourced locally and wastage is carefully monitored. The Executive Chef is currently working on creating a 'carbon menu' which will detail the number of carbon units used for each meal, to help inform the guest's menu choice. Our milk is delivered from a local farm -in a churn - no bottles or containers and all of the hotel's cleaning products must be earth-friendly. These are just a few of our policies, in addition, we support a host of local programmes within our community, with which we have formed strong bonds, and of course our guests don't see any of this. Was a good place to stay breakfast amazing but could of had maybe a better selection for in roo dinner service

I appreciate your suggestion about the in-room dinner selection, and we'll definitely take that into consideration for future improvements. Regarding the parking situation, unfortunately there was an accident involving a delivery truck which rendered the basement roller door out of action. This did leave us in a challenging situation - but we could certainly have communicated this better and apologise. I do hope you'll be back to visit again Helen.
