I recently spent a few wonderful days at ibis Samui Bophut from June 19 to 21, 2026. To be completely honest, it didn't feel like a regular hotel stay at all. It honestly felt like I was traveling to visit a group of my dearest, closest friends—except these friends actually keep the place spotless and mix incredible drinks for me! From the very second I arrived until the moment I had to say goodbye, the beautiful, radiating warmth and infectious "good mood" of the entire property completely wrapped me up. The rooms are incredibly cozy and flawlessly maintained—the most peaceful little sanctuary to return to after letting the Samui sun melt me away all day. But the real magic, the reason this place stole my heart, is the beautiful people who work here. Everyone is just so incredibly kind, greeting you with the most genuine, heartwarming smiles, and making every single process feel entirely effortless. I have to give a massive, affectionate shout-out to the absolute MVPs of my trip: Khun Yean (Assistant Front Office Manager): Even though she was actually on her days off during my stay, she still went completely out of her way to ensure the exact room I hoped for was perfectly prepared for me. Now that is what I call true dedication—or maybe she just really missed me! Thank you so much for your sweet thoughtfulness, Khun Yean! Khun Som (F&B): The pool area has such a magical, relaxed vibe, and Khun Som is the absolute heart, soul, and Chief Energy Officer of the good mood there. She is so wonderfully proactive and friendly, always walking over to chat, sharing the best promotions, and crafting what I can confidently say are the absolute best drinks on the entire island! (Trust me, I tested them very thoroughly). Her bright energy made my poolside relaxation unforgettable. Khun Arrit (Sales and Reservation Coordinator) & Khun Boss (Guest Service Agent): A huge thank you to this dynamic duo for taking such amazing care of me via email and throughout my stay. Your seamless coordination, sweet smiles, and genuine kindness made me feel like a VIP guest staying at a best friend’s house. The whole team at ibis Samui Bophut works together like a big, happy family, and they have this beautiful way of making you feel like you truly belong. I checked out with a deeply grateful, happy, and warm heart. I can sincerely promise that I will be coming back home to visit my amazing friends here again and again.
