My room was according to my requests, nice, on high floor and had view. The staff were very helpful, including Coco, the person in charge of arranging daily tours, and also Icey Zhang, who checked me out.

All staff I came across are helpful and friendly. Front desk is efficient in handling checkin and check out. Executive lounge offers many choices of food in happy hour. I am very impressed by the lady who run the lounge. She is highly efficient and can memorise my needs and present the water when I revisit the lounge. Lady in lobby cafe is very friendly too. She offered an extra hot tea to me after listening my concerns. Overall, this is a wonderful experience and I m looking forward to staying here again.

Hotel is nice once you get to the right location

Hi there, my review has two sides to it. I looked at the mini map on the Accor App and used Apple Plans to search for your hotel. Currently, the location is wrong, so I arrived with a 20kg case to a location only to find there was a different hotel there. Further research led me to the right location, many kilometres away. I lost a lot of time in public transport instead of visitng Beijing as I had intended. This is not the first time, since Mercure Hangzhou East also has a completely wrong location. This is a real pain. You need to sort it out. Other than that, the hotel is nice, a very pleasant experience.
