Very calm place to stay, I was surprised at how quiet it was for the week leading up to Christmas, but the room was excellent, staff in the restaurant spot on for both dinner and breakfast, quality of the food good, even managed to squeeze my truck into the tiny car park, which was a boon as parking elsewhere within 1 mile of the hotel is very very limited and very costly!

Hotel had a nasty smell in the stairwell, but room was nice and clean. Old building so plenty of character. Parking a little expensive if you manage to get a space but worth it. Breakfast excellent and students were very attentive.
