Hotel is situated in the perfect position for exploring this wonderful City. Staff are very helpful and can't do enough for you. Food at the hotel is great. Rooms comfortable and have everything you need.

Disappointing

Dirty room with poor service. Broken blind. Multiple live and dead flies in room. Check in service very slow and did not even know where room was - overall very disappointing stay. Room also very small.

The only thing let our stay down was the room which was very nice well equipped but we had the air condition tanks right out side our window which was partially noisy in the morning woken up very early. Also had at least two big blue bottle flies in our room opened the window to get rid and there were a lot of dead ones all around that area. We did make the receptionist know.

Great location and the room which was in the renovated part is somewhat on the small side but beautifully decorated and with a big bathroom with shower (no bath tub). the only drawback was that you have about 10 steps to carry luggage.
