Great location in the center of Oxford. Manohar Shetty in reservations was so kind and professional in reconciling two separate reservations and ensuring a great room - and happily granting my request. This is our second stay, and I would return! Thank you to Mecure for the hospitality!

Low value for money, hotel need renovation, staffnot showing interest

Noisy rooms, simple breakfast, staff not showing attention, very good located, other hotels offer better value for thesame money

First night was rough but second night was better!

WENDYVAN Couples - TripAdvisor review

We spent the first night in a horrible room (315) with no air conditioning. The hallways were cooler. When we went to the front desk we found our room assignment was not the room we reserved and paid for in advance. They moved us to 1001 which is the room we should have been assigned. It’s considered the “new building”. It was much better. It was unfortunate that our first night in our trip from the USA was so miserable. The second night was much better.

Had no problems with our stay, room in new block was clean and nicely situated. Picked up our free bottle of wine, not drunk yet. Breakfast was very good, good choice of cereals, croissant was very fresh and cooked breakfast was hot. Only criticism of breakfast was toaster very slow and only toasted one side, could also do with plates being warm for cooked breakfast as it cools down quickly on cold plates. Overall an enjoyable stay but couldn't do very often as price prohibited

Decent stay

Booked the suite but wasn’t too impressed with it as it was right on the main road and the room was looking a bit tarnished with dirty furniture and scuff marks on the walls. But great location and service
