The room we were assigned was in a thoroughly unacceptable state of cleanliness, as can be seen in the photographs. The images show tea stains, dusty light fittings, a filthy shower head, and what appeared to be dried spit dripping down the wall. When I raised these concerns with the front desk, the only resolution offered was a room change. Unfortunately, as we were heading out to a pre-booked event, we did not have the time or opportunity to move rooms. Despite bringing the unacceptable state of the room to receptions' attention, no action was taken to clean or remediate the issues while we were away. Upon our return, we found the room in the exact same unsatisfactory condition we had left it, further exacerbating our frustration. The overall experience was incredibly disappointing, and it significantly marred what should have been an enjoyable stay. I have emailed the General Manager, so far no response.

Room was not ready on arrival. Wooden slats missing for the extra bed. I hab to ask for the reimbursement which was not automatically offered by the staff.Tiny window in the room in the Annex of the hotel. Not being said that our room is in the Annex. Not a 4 stars!

The hotel is well located and rooms are nice enough and clean. But the noise from above us was really loud and the lack of any way to get to the lobby without stairs was especially difficult for luggage and for someone with limited mobility.
