Overnight stay for a meeting at the University. Convenient location, friendly staff, nice room and (for Oxford) reasonably priced.

Ok

Staff were lovely, breakfast perfectly fine. Our room though was tiny with the bathroom really poorly positioned...the door which was sliding (very noisy) right by the head of the bed which meant every time it was used overnight the noise and light was disruptive. Room cleaning could have been better. We have had better rooms here.

Very well located

Great location, we were in the new build at the back, room was very good and bed comfortable. Had a hassle getting into the main back door and had to walk across 3 times to sort out a key that worked, would have been nicer if receptionist had come over the second time instead of us waking back again.

Front desk staff need retraining

It wasn't a horrible stay, but front desk staff, although polite enough, acted as if they did not want to be there
