Example of pathetic hospitality. This is my second day at this hotel. The breakfast here is pathetic. Even when I reached here at 9:30 am , half of the breakfast have empty trays and when asked to refill them , the staff said it’s over. We asked for fresh fruits and they said it’s over. I called for tea 4 times in the morning, they came and handed me the green tea. Limited veg options. Whatever veg options they have, that’s also had a bad taste. They have some Indian food in the breakfast but that’s also bad. Seriously dissatisfied with the hospitality here.

I've stayed a few times, maybe a bit bias. Hotel is currently being renovated and I'm impressed with the new room look (I like it). Highly recommend to add breakfast, it's probably one of the best from a hotel (and I've stayed at plenty). Had dinner one evening, but likely not to dine there again for dinner as there are many other selections in the area. Hotel is located in a central location, easy to walk to Orchard Street, catch the metro to Marina Sands. Lot's of good restaurants in the area. I did have a few issues with the hotel, but it was resolved. Therefore, I'm giving this a 5 star review.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The location is great, in Bencoolen, close to Bugis Street and Little India, and also near Orchard Road. There are two bus stops right in front of the hotel, and it’s also within walking distance to Bencoolen MRT station. The lobby feels like an art gallery with many paintings by local artists, including in the rooms. The rooms have all been newly renovated, so they’re more spacious, modern, and stylish. You can sit by the window, the bed is super comfortable, and I love being able to choose pillows based on my comfort level. The breakfast menu is complete, offering everything from Malay-Western to Japanese options. There’s a large gym with fully equipped facilities. kalamakid Couples - TripAdvisor review

Third time visiting this hotel, always appreciate the excellent staff, location and clean rooms with comfy beds. This time we used the launderette which is super convenient. Nice breakfast restaurant and just a walk or Grab car away from all the great sites and activities in Singapore. We are hopping to Indonesia for a few days and they are holding our bags until we come back- very friendly staff and management. Coming back to Ibis Bencoolen is like our home in Singapore.
