We were greeted by really friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and facilities. The bedroom was clean and smelled fresh. The Spa was an absolute treat. Lovely break away from home. We had a lovely nights rest and the breakfast was amazing.

A lovely hotel in a lovely setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was great, with lots of vegan/veg options. Our room was quite small but exactly what we needed for the trip. There is also a Nice canal walk nearby.

I would give it zero star if I had the option. Main issues loud music till 1am, I did not see this advertised, if I did I 100% would not booked this hotel. Cleaners hoovering the walkway at 21.30, yes 9.30pm what a joke. Bathroom taps have the old fashion cold and hot separate taps. The toilet is small and squashed in the corner right up to the wall so hardly any space to sit. Really poor rated hotel zero star.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. as we are a popular weddings / events venue, we are very transparent in our communication. hence both our websites are clearly displayed with a declaimer about noise levels till 1am. our website clearly displays below: "Please be advised Due to weddings and events we often have loud music until 1am. We cannot guarantee any noise free environment however will do our best to allocate a quiet room if you ask in advance.". I am sorry if this was not noticed at the time of booking. we always try and allocate the guests related to functions close to functions suites and rest of the guests away from it. however sometimes its not always possible due to the room type and bed type. I’ve left the Norton Grange spa today extremely disappointed .. my son bought me. £50 treatment for Christmas .. I booked. Full body massage which cost £70 I arrived literally 5 minutes late after being delayed on the motorway for an hour from bury to be told “we will have to knock 5 minutes off your treatment “ by a guy on the reception. And again by the therapist “I will need to knock time off your treatment as you were late “ .. yes I was late but still not a pleasant greeting how about “ ok well you can relax now after your stressful journey “ The treatment was ok .. I would have preferred no conversation The room was ok but bin overflowing and B&M bargain bag in the room a bit unprofessional No offer of a glass of water after my treatment When I came to pay the receptionist continued on the computer for a few minutes .. no eye contact .. no “how was your treatment “ just you owe another £20 I won’t be returning Poor service for £70 for a treatment I was so looking forward to By the way Norton grange have taken my review off their website

Das Hotel ist kein 08/15 Kettenhotel. Historisches Gebäude mit Flair. Es liegt "etwas" außerhalb, daher benötigt man ein Auto, wenn man nicht im Hotel essen möchte. Essen hervorragend und zu empfehlen. Gym sehr gut ausgestattet. Immer gerne wieder
