I stayed at Novotel Manchester West alone on business and most people know what its like to be away from home and to be alone. So this is where i feel my review is needed. Being bored and having nothing to do and eating alone etc, my waiter whos name is Atta was super lovely, told me some good to know info about the local area, asked how far i had to commute in the morning to advise on a suitable time to trave and so on. His 10 minute chat really changed my mood for the night. His table service was on point and very attentive. And his manners are impeccable. Really lovely guy! The food was out of this world, i had steak and ale pie with chips (dont really like mash) and I could not fault it. The bar staff and other waiters/waitress’ were also very friendly. If i am in need of a hotel around this area again, i will not hesistate to be booking here.

Me and husband went to this hotel over the weekend and had a lovely stay, The staff were great especially Atar the star he was so helpful and polite always smiling ready to help and had great knowledge he definitely went the extra mile. We will be coming back to stay here again. Thankyou Novotel.

Upon arrival, you are bombarded with notices to register your vehicle details, or you will receive a £100 fine, which is out of the hotels control. It's really simple to do at check-in. Upon entering the reception is to the left, along with the aforementioned carpark register device. The staff at check in were very helpful, especially as I arrived 2 hours early. Luckily enough, my room was ready. Once checked in and in my room, you notice additional things that aren't on the website. usual.you can order breakfast in bed etc... The room is a standard room, double bed, sofa bed, tea, coffee etc.... The room had 2 sockets to charge the necessary and also 2 x USB charge points. The room was spotless. Although I tried to look out of the window, I bumped my head on the inner window as I didn't see it. Maybe a sticker?? The bar in the evening was clean, presentable, and not expensive. There us a pool table and games to play. Checkout was really simple, just hand your key in. Overall, a very pleasant stay, friendly staff and a spotless.hotel.

We had initially booked the Premier Inn for 3 nights however after the 1 night really did not enjoy it there so booked here - all the staff we encountered at check in, the bar & housekeeping were lovely, room was spotless & loved the foldable pillows. The amenities are great however we did have breakfast one of the mornings and the quality was quite poor & the young staff working this shift weren’t great however this may have been due to the heat! Free parking is a great bonus & located exactly where we needed. Would 100% recommend & would stay here again 🙂

Gostamos muito , apesar de não ser muito central, mas foi uma experiência incrível. Andamos pelos arredores e descobrimos um recantos lindos , Valeu a ida. Voltaria e indicaria para amigos . Mas precisa estar disposto andar um pouquinho.
