Great value and a good location

We stayed here for two nights on a Thursday and Friday night paying £106 which is great value. Check in was easy and the staff were pleasant. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, a large shower, separate toilet, a tv, basic functional hanging and desk space. There was no kettle but we brought our own travel kettle etc. We were comfortable and slept well. We enjoyed an easy stroll along the canal path into central Manchester. We parked at the metro link car park at £6.50 per 24 hours approximately 200 metres away. There is a Aldi supermarket approximately a 5 min walk away. We would recommend eating at the Viet Shack approximately a 10 min walk away for great authentic food and wonderful service. If we visited Manchester again, we would return here :)

Great room and super nice people with friendly staff, especially Rebecca on the front desk. She was very helpful with directions and recommendations. This place is close to Chinatown and many of the area museums

Stains all over the wall , ceiling, floor also breakfast was an additional £8.50 terrible customer service but we were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel beginning we checked in.also we had a view of an nearby construction site plus it was all squashed.

Hotel’s position was great , room was okey for the price but need more cleaning , breakfast was very poor and missing a lot of labels especially for allergens ,check in time was 3 I asked if I can check-in 10min early at 2.50pm I was asked to pay 10£ I couldn’t believe that I mean I would pay 10£ if I’m asking to check in 1-2 hours early but 10min that was just a joke to me I refused and waited till 3pm to be checked in , sure thing they need to work on customer service , it was my first and last time for sure in this hotel .

A good hotel if you are on a budget. Facilities basic but good and hence the price you pay. I wouldn’t recommend this for non-couples as the shower is in the main bedroom with a separate toilet in what seems like a cupboard (very tight and best to leave the door open). The room was clean and overall a good nights sleep.
